The food was good, as it always is. We live close by and dine here frequently, so we’ve always enjoyed supporting this restaurant. However, we were very disappointed with how the Scratch-Off Rewards promotion was handled. My mother-in-law purchased a gift card for us in December as a Christmas gift and told us to ask about the promotion when we came in to use it. The promotion states that you qualify for a scratch-off for every $100 spent, including gift card purchases, and that it runs through March. During our visit in February , we asked our waitress about this, who checked with the manager. When she came back to our table, she told us there weren’t any more scratch-offs available. We showed the December receipt confirming the gift card purchase date as proof that we qualified, and they kept the receipt instead of returning it to us. Despite this, they still refused to honor the promotion and simply said, “Sorry.” As loyal customers who visit often, this was extremely frustrating and felt like false advertising. It was disappointing to see a promotion advertised through March but not honored. I’m not sure why they didn’t mail the scratch off with the gift card in the first place. The whole situation was deceiving.

Excellent afternoon bar hang for a solo lunch. Had the clam chowder to start. It was a solid choice with nice potato cubes and clam pieces. Lobster Rolls were fresh tasting with enough butter on the side to drizzle and dip. The Bonfire IPA was a good pour with the meal and the Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned was perfect after to sip and read with.

We are frequent, long time customers of Bonfire Grill. Unfortunately, we recently have been very dissatisfied and disappointed in the food. Over the summer my husband ordered a lobster roll and 1/2 of it was cold, the roll was stale/flaking and there was no lobster meat on it.. And after last weekends dinner—I don’t know if we will be going back. I ordered the “filet mignon” special off their seasonal menu. I ordered it medium and it came out well done! I sent it back and they brought another which was cooked closer to medium but A) it was NOT a filet mignon and B) it tasted so bad, like it had been frozen/had freezer burn and then was thawed and cooked. Not to mention it took a really long time to bring the second steak out and my husband and our daughter were finished with their dinner by the time mine came out. When asked how it was, I was honest, and all I got was a, “oh, I’m sorry about that.”

Long time customers of Bonfire since they opened. The food can be inconsistent, but the food we had the other night was subpar and we should have complained. The three of us all had burgers, 2 were supposed to be medium, & 1medium well. One of the mediums was cooked correctly, the other was 1/2 medium, 1/2 rare, and the medium/well burger was done medium rare to rare. This latest experience made me question going back again. Service was fine & atmosphere was nice for the holidays.

Had my truly disappointing experience today at Bonfire Grille. We came here and ordered a few happy hour dishes during happy hour period, the owner decided to charged us 10 usd more for every order we placed.
Very dishonest service and the restaurant clearly deceives tourists on a regular basis. I would rate it zero stars if the platform allows. AVOID this place at all costs.

We ordered three Jam Burgers, and unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. The buns were ice cold and stale, and the burgers themselves tasted frozen and were extremely greasy. We ordered two medium and one medium-well, but the medium burgers arrived raw and not edible. Overall, it was not worth the money, and unfortunately we will not be returning.

We stopped by for dinner on a Saturday night for my first time. We were sat right away, and the food was amazing. Definitely try the Frickles. Shoutout to our server Emily who was fantastic. Would definitely come be back again!
We arrived for happy hour. And the bar was packed, for some reason happy hr ends at 6 pm and music starts at 6:30. By 6:15 75% of costumers had left. Hope they can see that if music starts earlier they will keep more ppl drinking. Atmosphere is 5 star when is popin’ and 3 when they kill the vibe.
We usually have Western Salad, Wings, hamburger/ fries are delicious. We have been coming every Thursday and love it!!!

Ordered nachos, burger, and cauliflower rice.with shrimp. Food was COLD and DIGUSTING! The female who took my order over the phone 📞 was very unknowledgeable. I received a RAW burger 🍔 COLD stuck together hard stale nachos, and the cauliflower rice thrown together DISGUSTING 🤢 in taste. I called after I got the food that I paid $60 for and the Owner asked if I wanted “another RAW hamburger”😡 If you want good food go to Stonebridge or Cafe Melba…they get more business now I know why. RUN 🏃♀️ FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT
