We ordered togo from the Milford location & thank god we checked the bag for the food because they forgot a meal. When we got home we noticed they didn’t give any dipping sauce for the pretzels and they gave us the wrong sodas. This is the second time we have been missing an entire meal when ordering from this location.

The food quality has dropped a lot; the whole place is dirty — the floor and the tables. When they give you a table, it’s dirty. There should be more cleaning, especially considering it’s not even a busy day.

Sometimes you need to ask for your wings to be wet...then tend to slack some times on covering the whole chicken piece. Have been going to this one since it opened in 06'...2025 still need to tell them that the wings are not covered enough

Worst part of the day is when the eagles play got a obnoxious fan in here yelling no one likes her she slams the bar down when u talk to managers they don't do anything to help

This has been a weekly spot for my friend an I. Micheal provides excellent service in a fast paced environment. He always has the best recommendations and makes every time we come a memorable one. I highly recommend sitting in the bar area at the tables if you are over 21 purely for service Michael provides.

So let me start by saying the customer service was poor. It took way too long for my drink to be delivered to my table. The food took about 40 mins to be brought out and when the wings came out, they did not give us any celery or carrots which normally comes with wings. Also some of the staff had bonnets on thier heads, while serving food. This place has gone down hill since opening and I can see why the establishment has less customers.

The wings were delicious, but very tiny! Our order of 15 looked like an appetizer. I’m guessing BWW buys them by the pound, so why not sell them by the pound. Or when delivered to the restaurant, refuse dinky wings. We did not get our money’s worth.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has seriously declined with each visit getting worse.
*Major Issues
- Dirty tables and sticky menus covered in old food - Bathrooms consistently out of soap (30+ min wait for refills) - Rude, understaffed service compared to before - Misleading policies - staff said they accept Tuesday BOGO coupons then refused at payment - When questioned, staff accused us of asking for “free stuff”
Management clearly isn’t training staff properly or maintaining basic cleanliness standards. The inconsistent policies and defensive attitude when customers ask legitimate questions is unacceptable.
Used to be a regular spot, but the combination of poor hygiene, terrible service, and dishonest business practices has completely ruined it. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. At this rate, this location will probably close soon.

Absolutely horrible service, super bowl edition!! Ordered 70 wings for super-bowl multiple days in advance, separate 15-20 wings orders with 10+ sauces in total for different tastes of everyone. They called on the day asking if “sauce on the side” is okay, since they are busy on super bowl!! Clearly told them no. But of course when picking up, all sauces are on the side, NO LABELS on any of the sauces, basically have to guess what was what, including dry rubs and similar looking sauces. Horrible experience for everyone, absolutely ruined the mood. Will never trust this branch with our orders again
Overall the food is great but tonight I ordered the BOGO combo with points however the waitress failed to acknowledge I asked for traditional for the deal but I received boneless instead. It’d be nice to have more attentive staff who know what they’re doing respectfully
