Went through drive thur. Quick and easy. The people where amazing. I forgot to say no ice, ( I have sentive teeth) so they made me a new one and did it with a smile. Told me it's not a problem. So,Thank you for that guys. These people need to make a good living wage. Especially because they are on there feet all day, husling their butts off, and dealing with the public.( Karen's đ ) and still do it with a smile and nice words. American is suppose to be the Riches . But people are struggling.

Honestly, after what I witnessed, I will never recommend this place. I went in with my family and was about to order when I noticed that all the food was just sitting out. A woman behind the counter was wiping the surfaces, and when she saw a fry on the counter, she picked it up and tossed it back in with the rest of the fries. Then I went to use the restroom, and there was no soap in the womenâs bathroom. That left me wonderingâhow are the staff washing their hands? It was incredibly unsanitary for her to throw that fry back in, and the fact that she looked right at me and said nothing made it even worse. I was completely disgusted.

This has to be hands down the worst BK experience I've ever had. I'll be seeking a refund tomorrow for sure. Waited forever at the drive thru as the only person to just announce my order. The Food was stale, like they gave me old food and even the foundation drink tasted terrible. The employee clearly didn't care. Just terrible. Disgusting food
update: now my body is getting itchy and I'm developing sliggt rashes and feeling nauseous, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH YOUR FOOD?! Shut this disgusting place down!

It looks like the patty they served me had cancer before they cooked it. Really triggered some trypophobia vibes and I was disgusted; lost all the appetite I had left. This isnât left overs, this is fresh out of the bag, minutes later. Also at the drive thru I said light on the ice, I drive up and the young woman asked if I said no ice, I said light, then she shakes her head âso no ice?â Like Iâm stupid or something, and I repeat myself light on the ice, and she continues to give me the drink she had waiting for me unwilling to fix the mistake. The cup was 80 percent ice. Terrible experience, will not be coming back ever.
Been out of Diet Coke for the past 2 months really? Constantly messing orders up, rude employees and the restaraunt is filthy. Should be a health code violation

Large order of fries seems more like a small fries...honestly bad experience
Interestingly there is a lack of consistency at Burger King. They ran out of syrup in the drink machines for lemonade and fruit punch and diet soda, but they sell you the combo. The fried items were wilted, and the Impossible burger was over cooked so the edges were dark brown and hard. The bathroom toilets do not flush. The positive is they had soap and paper towel. I would never be back at this location. The staff is also slow. The person took longer getting cups, lids, and straws versus taking the order. How is this location still in business? I wish I had taken photos of my meal before I tossed it. $12 meal down the trash.

Hello this location listed fiery strawberry sprite on the app and on the menu at the location. I ordered it on the app, paid, and then when I came to pick it up. They told me that they discontinued it and donât have it. They also refused to refund me my money. They wouldnât assist me with cancelling the order on the app or from the restaurant.
