I just left your restaurant after waiting 5 minutes in line and no one acknowledged me nor would they take my order it was not busy in this establishment the people just weren't customer friendly

I've eaten here a few times before and it's always felt like an attitude, especially when they do the wrong order. For instance, today I ordered a burger, and it felt so uncomfortable when I went inside and because of a language barrier, it felt like I was being talked about in Spanish (IYKYK). And this is the second time I've chosen to eat here for lunch in the last two days and each day my order was messed up.

Long wait time, but the food came out hot
However I erge people not to go, nor go back. Near the cookies and coffee (customer side) there is a hole and I saw a bunch of ants crawling in and out...I think anyone would think that's nasty
Tried ordering food here once was on the speaker the guy couldn't understand what I was saying his boss started talking to me and I couldn't understand her due to her very thick accent after about 4 minutes of trying to order I gave up and I just said forget about it. I don't want to be that guy to say it but they should really hire some people that can't speak more English better or invest money in a better ordering box might go back here again considering I never even tasted the food

I love Burgerking and this one every employee make a lot of effort to please every one of their customers. It’s not easy to please people because I’ve seen some costumers being abusive and rude and even threat with the employees only to get free food. It’s sad and that makes me so mad. I believe as a costumer we have to be respectful with them, they just like us work very hard for their money.
Went through drive thur. Quick and easy. The people where amazing. I forgot to say no ice, ( I have sentive teeth) so they made me a new one and did it with a smile. Told me it's not a problem. So,Thank you for that guys. These people need to make a good living wage. Especially because they are on there feet all day, husling their butts off, and dealing with the public.( Karen's 🙂 ) and still do it with a smile and nice words. American is suppose to be the Riches . But people are struggling.
