Interestingly there is a lack of consistency at Burger King. They ran out of syrup in the drink machines for lemonade and fruit punch and diet soda, but they sell you the combo. The fried items were wilted, and the Impossible burger was over cooked so the edges were dark brown and hard. The bathroom toilets do not flush. The positive is they had soap and paper towel. I would never be back at this location. The staff is also slow. The person took longer getting cups, lids, and straws versus taking the order. How is this location still in business? I wish I had taken photos of my meal before I tossed it. $12 meal down the trash.

Hello this location listed fiery strawberry sprite on the app and on the menu at the location. I ordered it on the app, paid, and then when I came to pick it up. They told me that they discontinued it and don’t have it. They also refused to refund me my money. They wouldn’t assist me with cancelling the order on the app or from the restaurant.

At least 2 times in a week, spanning on and off over a few months, I've driven here to order food for friends. When I get to the drive through, I'm immediately informed that the only food they have at the moment is chicken. Other times it's only Whoppers. Why are you even staying open if all you have is chicken when this is a " Burger " joint? This is around 8-9 o'clock pm. Why stay open at all? That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard! The food is good but you run out of it by the evening or only one person is working at a time? Get your act together people!
Parking: Often, there is a lot of Police activity in the parking lot. Pulling someone over, arresting someone? Sometimes I can't even enter.

Food is excellent, especially breakfast items. It all came out hour and delicious!

First, my family and I came here to eat. We ordered through the app for points and the ease. We ordered our meal as a dine in. and our number wasn't called. It was about 10 minutes and my husband went up to ask if our meal was done. The woman, barley speaks English tells him "yeah it's done." My husband asked, "why wasn't the order number called?" The girl who speaks broken English said, "we don't call numbers" she says, "you have to come up and grab it yourself." My husband says, "we know we carry it ourselves but how are we supposed to know it's done if a number wasn't called?" The girl shrugs. Meanwhile I'm sitting in the back hearing everything going on, while the workers grabbing the bags of food (which was a dine in order and supposed to be on a tray) to hand to my husband, they were talking badly about my husband in Spanish. That's when I went up there and said in Spanish.. "I understand Spanish and what you are saying, is unacceptable!" The girl looked at us and stood quiet. Our food was sitting the whole time underneath the heating section in a bag. They didn't bother looking at the screen which said DINE IN. And not only that. They didn't give us the applesauce from the kids meal.and the food by now was already losing it's temperature.. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time we ordered the food. If you want to save yourself a trip. Don't dine here. The food is cold, the workers don't speak proper English. P.s As we were cleaning up to head out, they then.. started calling orders to the customers who were dining in.
