Incredibly disappointing, the staff was disrespectful. I witnessed a staff member get mad at an elderly man for asking for napkins because the tables were dirty. The staff member started rolling his eyes and after 5 minutes of him not helping a group make their bowl he clocked into out and grabbed the napkins. He threw the napkins at the elderly man and left. The rest of the staff who were all sitting in the office next to the register had taken 10 minutes to get another staff member to serve the line that had since gone out the door. They’re excuse? “We’re understaffed”

Both brown and white rice were undercooked several times. this time around I asked the server if he knew the rice was undercooked by just looking and he said yes and laughed. I should’ve left, but I proceeded to order, never again.

It's takeout, so I didn't expect much, but it could be cleaner. Food was okay. My daughter loves Chipotle... thankfully, nobody got sick 🙏😆

This was actually my fiancé and I and our roommates worst experience at a chipotle. Though to be fair, we should have known the food was in-edible from the fact that not a single car was parked in the parking lot and no one was eating there, the only humans at this location were TWO sole staff members, that’s it. The rice was uncooked, the meat was burnt, the sour cream quite literally dissolved into clumps instead of a creamy sauce texture, the entire bowl was dry. If you want food poisoning and like eating food that tastes like c4 residue, definitely eat here.

Ugh, I gave this location a couple tries before writing this review. Without fail, they are always out of something. How is it that a food service restaurant with 12 ingredients is always out of at least 2 of them. I don’t know how a whole chain can just go so downhill so quickly. Unsure if there is even a manager? Some of the workers are very nice and some of them are super rude and miserable. Not sure if they’re understaffed or just lacking training and frustrated. Today, no black beans, no vinaigrette. Last week, no fajita veggies, no sour cream, no forks (???). These poorly rated locations really should be shut down. It’s tarnishing the brand which in return also affects the stock.

I went here at around 7pm on a Monday. The worker doesn’t say anything to me except the bare minimum. He tells me there’s no corn and I ask “For the rest of the night?” since I know this location closes at 11. And he nods his head. Then I ask for guac and he just shakes his head. How are you out of Corn and Guac during a dinner rush? The food area was dirty and looked unkept.

I've been here on several occasions and never felt the urge to write a review. But yesterday my food was so good. I feel like the associate, Michael H., Making my rice bowl was so thoughtful and thoroughly enjoys his job. He made sure not only to give good portions but to make it look nice as well. I was so excited that I had to sit and dine in, which I never do.
The chips were fresh and the guacamole was tasty. After enjoying my food I looked up and Michael H. Wasn't standing around like the other workers he was cleaning the cup area sweeping up and checking the garbage. Chipotle you did an awesome service by hiring him, please keep him around. I'll definitely be back if he's making my food. It was the cleanest chipotle l've seen in a while.

This was one of the worst places to buy food from I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The dinning room reeked of the overflowing trash cans (it was not busy) and food was left on/below several of the tables. The food station looked like it had not been cleaned at all that day, with salsa, proteins, and veggies littering the counter.
I was ordering food for myself and another. When I asked for 2 burritos the worker said "really? Two? Why does everybody got to order 2." Besides a table of teenagers that were already sitting in the dinning room, I was the only person there. I asked for and paid for double meat for both burritos and the employee made comments about "if I really needed that."
It is difficult to justify buying chipotle anymore with their rising prices, poor service, and inability to maintain clean stores. I am disappointed by this experience and hope others avoid this store and purchase food elsewhere.

Obese guy with glasses clearly doesn’t want to work there, but that doesn’t give him the right to treat customers so rudely. He didn’t say a word throughout serving me and look completely annoyed. He also skimped on the portion size. Find another job if you’re that miserable.

Went to chipotle after work to get some dinner to go home with. I got in line and got a chicken bowl with extra chicken. When portioning out the double chicken, the worker proceeded to put a full scoop then a scoop with maybe 4 pieces of chicken on it. After I say put a little more on there, he tells me “I know what double chicken is “gang” I been here 4 years.” Wasn’t done after that, “if you want we can get the manager and he can see for himself.” Spanish manager comes out and gives me a little more with no problem. I would also like to point out that this “manager” did nothing to deescalate the situation. Just gave me a blank look and provided the correct amount, no sorry, no reprimand to the worker for snapping at a customer with a basic complaint. From top to bottom this place needs a major attitude adjustment and revamp. Unbelievable
