Every single time I’m in here there’s a big line and 1 person working the line. Half the time they don’t have chicken ready and That’s what the line is waiting on. This place is ridiculous. I usually spend about 30 mins here everytime and the food is so not that good. Hire some more damn workers there’s usually about 4 ppl sitting in the back doing jack

Staff is never friendly. The portions are always small especially with the protein. You’re chipotle! Let me see some meat! Just seems like none of the staff actually care at all. To make matters worse, the chips are always and I do mean ALWAYS stale and flavorless. Seems mismanaged to me.

I have two complaints the first one is there pico de gallo is way too salty way too salty there's more salt in that than there is on their steak. And also their portions they skimp on it big time if you ask for extra they look at you like you're stupid and say oh I'm going to charge you for more when they barely gave you anything there is to begin with.

Every time i go to this location i have to wait 10-20 minutes after my pickup to e whike watching staff joking and laughing while texting as if no ones waiting for food. The girl doing takout counter spent over 10 mins jist standing there texting when multiple people were waiting and the front counter had to tell her to make the orders. Its always like that in milford. I use a few diff locations and outside of milford there are no issues.
