I recently went to this location and asked for a cup of Ice as I’ve done many times before, and the lady behind the register who said she was the manager was very nasty and rude to me and told me it would be a charge for the ice. I’ve never been charged for just a cup of ice from them before, and I’ve been there with different employees before and all were happy to serve me. She let me know that she’s always there and that they charge for everything. I would’ve been happy to pay if she wasn’t so nasty and rude to me.

Honestly been going to Cinnabon for years and I can say this was truly my first time disappointed. STALE STALE STALE FROM THE BUNS TO THE STICKS. Horrible service and was given the sticks and told they don’t come with icing. Horrible.
Loved both stores so yummy! Long lines is the only downside
