I was overcharged and not given a refund, avoid this location if possible. They charged me 3 times and I only noticed when I got home, so I returned and they would not give me any compensation or money back for the issue. I would do 0 stars if the app let me.

First time I bought the cinnamon roll was really delicious and the girl was very friendly second time i went there it wasn’t the same girl she was very rude and she didn’t reheat the box

After walking by the Cinnabon shop, the wafting aroma enticed us to turn around and check it out. While it is not the healthiest choice, the holiday spirit inspired us to share a Cinnabon. It was gooey sweet and melt in your mouth delicious. There is something about warm cinnamon pastry that is very comforting. Hopefully, it won't find its way to our hips.

Honestly been going to Cinnabon for years and I can say this was truly my first time disappointed. STALE STALE STALE FROM THE BUNS TO THE STICKS. Horrible service and was given the sticks and told they don’t come with icing. Horrible.
Loved both stores so yummy! Long lines is the only downside

Awful service. Employees acknowledged me but didn’t bother to take my order for about 8 minutes. They talked amongst themselves and ignored me. On top of that, the cinnabon I received was raw and I had to throw it away within a couple bites.
