Courteous staff, consistent food. Our server Evan was fantastic!!
We enjoyed our first visit to Cracker Barrel. The food was excellent, the staff was very pleasant and our server, Shamara F., was very friendly. She made our visit a joy by providing excellent service with a smile!!

No one came around for the first 20 minutes. We were sitting there and then a duller server came and got us our drinks. Then it was another ten fifteen minutes before our server showed up and then it was a long time before we saw her again. We've been going to this Cracker Barrel for a long time. It's never taken us two hours to start to finish for our meal. The server was very pleasant, but never around. That's what took so long

excellent food great staff clean facility... Very pleased.. a regular stop while we're in Connecticut because they don't have this establishment in New York City. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in the mood for good country cooking!

My has this place changed. And not for the better.
Menu changes haven't been good. Took away my favorite, roast beef dinner. And pot roast is not a good replacement. We dined in tonight and they were out of mashed potatoes. How on earth do you run out of mashed potatoes at 530pm?
The prices have jumped big time and half of what you may want is an upcharge. Want a side salad or baked potato instead of regular side? Upcharge. Ridiculous.
Last time I was here in November, they actually had a good salad dressing. Dill ranch. Apparently they don't have it anymore. Someone likes something, they remove it from the menu.
Used to come here a lot. I'm now not so sure I'll ever come back.

This place is no longer any good 45 to hours wait for garbage!!! You get seated and then you wait another 15 minutes for someone to tell you they be right back for another 15 minutes and then they ask if u want to drink anything!! Then it was another 15 minutes and then when u ask for the corn bread and then she said ok and another 15 minutes for the drink and then she would say the cornbread is on the way as then another 15 minutes!!! Then they take your order and u wait another 30 minutes and no one come backs!! I had to ask another waitress to see if we can get another refill and drinks and she’s like I’ll get you your waitress and when she comes back, she tells me she’s sorry, but they gave her this table on his side when she’s already on the other side of the time with this is no excuse!!! Food came and the fried chicken looks like it’s made in the morning and left under the heating lamp all day. The breading was lukewarm, and the chicken meat was dried out inside my chicken jerky!! a cornbread, and the biscuits had no flavor to it !! The mac & cheese was burnt, and the hash brown casseroles was mushy and full of ginger taste per garbage
Will you tell the waitress how horrible the fried chicken was? She had the audacity to tell me that I’m a food critic in front of the manager !!!
