If you are out of cookies, just ask if we want to choose an alternative. The lady who does the packing doesn’t even talk. I had to wait until they mix the dough and make cookies which took some 20-25 mins. You guys can do much better and much smarter customer service

I honestly don't understand the trend with these cookies. They're overpriced and it's a hassle getting them.
The store entrance is filthy. The floors need cleaning desperately! We walked in and the tablet said 3/4th of the cookies were out of stock but the wall said they were in stock? No organization for a line, short staffed, no attention to customer questions. Just no good for the money spent.
You're best bet is going to Big Y and getting a package of cookies for the same price of one from Crumbl.
Suggestion: Clean your tiles / the area where the customer stands and waits. Very distasteful. That would be the first thing I'd do if I owned this business.

l used to get cookies here every week but stopped since their customer service policy has changed. Previously, if a cookie looked like it didn't have enough frosting or topping, they would add more at the customer's request. Now, when a cookie looks under frosted or misshapen etc., they refuse to do anything about it and tell you to just accept it. When I asked the staff about this change of policy, they said it was due to the owner. I brought this up to corporate and they issued me a free 4 pack to apologize and said that is not the policy of all stores. The owner of this particular store should change "his or her" policy or risk losing customers. Customer satisfaction is definitely not important here. Hope they change their policy as a free 4 pack is more expensive to their bottom line than a few dollops of icing on a cookie.

Sometimes the cookies are GREAT and sometimes they are awful. I do wish there was more consistency with quality. Also, it's very rare to be greeted by a worker within the first even 5 minutes of walking into a store. Even at 9am when the store is empty of customers, the staff tends to ignore you and continue with whatever they are doing or chatting amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes or many times even longer...

Y’all really need to learn how to make the cookies as shown everytime I order my cookies for delivery something on the cookie is missing !! Yall must have a very lazy staff ! Happen to me over 5 times and I have to call the store sometimes to let them know! All they do is offer you a free cookie next order !!! All you have to do is just get it right the first time !!
Had to wait five minutes to be taken care of or even acknowledged and there were only two other customers in the store. I was standing at the register because I was paying cash, Three out of the five employees were oblivious, standing on their phones, and did not even acknowledge that anyone walked in and was waiting at the register. One girl was standing right next to the register by the mixer on her phone.
Crumble delivers consistently delicious, fresh cookies with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Always a treat!

Made an online order that said “Ready at 8 pm, i arrived at 8:10 PM waited over 40 minutes not once was I asked to be helped and my order never came through but I was charged for the order on my account. It was a Friday night two employees working line out the door disorganized completely unsatisfactory service.
