Sometimes the cookies are GREAT and sometimes they are awful. I do wish there was more consistency with quality. Also, it's very rare to be greeted by a worker within the first even 5 minutes of walking into a store. Even at 9am when the store is empty of customers, the staff tends to ignore you and continue with whatever they are doing or chatting amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes or many times even longer...
I think when you have a business and the chain provides you a standard of what you have to sell, you need to train your employees to follow that.

Loooooooove crumbl. Literally EVERY time I get these cookies I’m hooked. It’s a problem lol. I love sweets and I check to see flavors each week which is kinda exciting. Sometimes I wait for more than 1 cookie I might like but they always have the most delicious cookies/dessert I’ve ever had. The people that work there are super sweet and friendly. Well done crumbl!
