I absolutely love this crumbl store, everything is always available. You’re in and out of this location in minutes and the cookies have the greatest presentation. The workers are also lovely!
Sometimes the cookies are GREAT and sometimes they are awful. I do wish there was more consistency with quality. Also, it's very rare to be greeted by a worker within the first even 5 minutes of walking into a store. Even at 9am when the store is empty of customers, the staff tends to ignore you and continue with whatever they are doing or chatting amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes or many times even longer...
I think when you have a business and the chain provides you a standard of what you have to sell, you need to train your employees to follow that.
