Quality is still on point, I just hope that for delivery there would be more option to customize the blizzard.

Horrible experience, I asked for a Oreo blizzard today and I'm not sure of the worker's name but when I got my Oreo blizzard he gave me a mint ice cream instead

We got into the dairy queen and we were immediately met by the employees. Their names were Olivia and Anj, and they were fantastic. They were so professional and their work ethic was amazing! I recommend coming here every day!

Ordered blizzards what a complete mess! Dripping out of cups, wrong sizes given. The staff was very unprofessional except for the cashier. Laughing when they messed up which was not only our orders. Horrible experience!

it's an unorganized chaos mess of a zoo.
they literally pay mind to mobile orders only. all the staff are young kids who look sadly stressed, annoyed and they 1000% show it.
we were waiting for our order and someone randomly came and took it and ran out and they did nothing

If I could title this “Mega Pissed, I would do so. This place has incompetent people working for them. Management obviously doesn’t train them and the only thing they can say is “we can’t do that.” They would not honor a reward when I went in even though the E-mail I got said nothing about using the app or having a bar code or paying only by certain methods or anything else. However, the young woman there INSISTED I must have a bar code or she would charge me full price for something that should have been $1. In fact, the E-mail gives virtually NO restrictions on use except that I had to order something else (I was trying to) and it couldn’t be used for a delivery order. (I was in the store.). How DARE the management of this place not accept their own promotions. And how DARE they not train their employees to treat their customers better!!
