If I could title this “Mega Pissed, I would do so. This place has incompetent people working for them. Management obviously doesn’t train them and the only thing they can say is “we can’t do that.” They would not honor a reward when I went in even though the E-mail I got said nothing about using the app or having a bar code or paying only by certain methods or anything else. However, the young woman there INSISTED I must have a bar code or she would charge me full price for something that should have been $1. In fact, the E-mail gives virtually NO restrictions on use except that I had to order something else (I was trying to) and it couldn’t be used for a delivery order. (I was in the store.). How DARE the management of this place not accept their own promotions. And how DARE they not train their employees to treat their customers better!!

Came about an hour before close, girl was nice and I got my blizzard in less than a minute. DQ is my go to for ice cream in general and this is my first time at this location and my cup isn’t gross and spilling over so major props for something so simple ?

First time at this location. I had the pumpkin pie blizzard. The whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice are a nice touch. Very good, and the employees are friendly and fast with service.

I love my neighborhood friendly DQ , we go here so often my family has had them all . Fast service many ice creams to choose from many different famous blizzards . Love that new flavors keeps coming out as the seasons change.

There isn’t a single time when this location isn’t packed with a line out the door in the summer, and every time that’s the case, the employees are working hard while the manager/owner can be seen doing obscure tasks and doing nothing to aid in the service of his packed establishment.
Two friends and I got blizzards tonight. I think their ice cream was sitting out or old because we all have bad stomach issues. I don’t recommend their soft serve.

Long line was to be expected on one of the first nice days of the year. Sadly priced. Was not served upside down as advertised. The peanut butter puppy chow blizzard seasonal special was surprisingly good... we liked the crunchy but creamy consistency. Two tables of indoor seating, however the storefront is quaint and crammed. We wished that there were outdoor tables or benches outside to enjoy.

One thing you definitely will enjoy is ice cold treat from Dairy Queen on a hot summer day. However the most disgusting thing is to see someone else's hair in your blizzard. It's just ruined my ice cream, my day and wasted $5.71.

I came here on Saturday 02-18-23 and they were SO busy.. so so busy. The line was back up to the door.... the online/ door dash, grub hub and Uber orders just kept coming and coming. There were 2 young girls in there and one older man who people say is the owner. Those 2 girls were KILLING it by themselves. The “owner” was literally WATCHING THEM. When I mean literally not helping lay a finger, I truly mean that. Not only wasn’t he helping them make the ice cream but he couldnt do as little as take an order!! These 2 young girls did absolutely everything themselves and the entire time they boosted each other up. “We are doing great, keep going” and things like that. Not a single word of encouragement came out of that man’s mouth. To top it off there were customers screaming because of how long it was taking and walking out. Those girls did the best they could and did great. It was truly just too much for any 2 people to handle, especially when the owner was standing there WATCHING the entire time. He could have at least taken the orders for these clearly struggling employees. I gave them a $20 tip, I felt so bad for them. If I was their parents I wouldn’t let them work there and that’s the gods honest truth. If you aren’t going to help and just watch then go back in your office so you don’t look like a complete j**** Sickening
