Had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! From the games to the food, everything was a great experience. When we sat down to eat, our waiter Clarissa, I believe that was her name was. absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. That’s top-notch service, and we definitely need more people like her.
Great job, Clarissa! I will absolutely be recommending this location to others. The service is great, the environment is awesome, and it’s the perfect place to eat, play, and have a good time.

My friends and I are very big fans of D&B, but tonight we unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. The games are always good, but we decided to sit for some appetizers tonight. There was no host at the hostess stand but there was a sign saying please wait to be seated. It took over five minutes for someone to notice we were there. I even went up to the bar at one point to get help, but I still wasn’t noticed there. After we were finally sat, it took over 15 minutes before our waitress come up to us to say “I’ll be with you in a little bit” and then another 10-15 minutes went by. She finally came and took our order, food and drinks came at a reasonable speed. We got another round of drinks and then we were ready to head out to start playing games. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited and our waitress was nowhere to be seen with our check. We stood up and put our jackets on before I had to ask another server where our server was for our check. She finally comes up to us, while we’re all standing with jackets on, and she says “how’s everything guys”….we need the check. We get the check and pay, but overall we spent OVER an hour all together just waiting around. All while we were seeing employees standing around. Very disappointing. I debated putting out servers name. She was nice but not attentive at all.

Worst Dave and Busters I've ever been to. The restaurant was a quarter full. We were sitting down for 25 minutes and the waitress never even took our drink order. Terrible service, incompetent waitress, and every TV in the bar was not working. I highly urge people avoid this place unless they want to waste their time.

We just had our 8 year old’s birthday party and Dave & Buster’s with pancake breakfast bar and games. The kids said they were the best pancakes ever and loved the unlimited gameplay for 2 hours.

For the parents, the add on food (breakfast potatoes and eggs) was delicious, the kids were safe and happy, and the service was phenomenal. Miguel was friendly and helpful, walking us through the party details, and our server Renee was incredible! She was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond. She said “I don’t want you to do anything other than enjoy the party!” and it was the first of my kids’ birthday parties where I was actually able to do that. Huge thank you to Renee and the team at Dave & Busters for an awesome party experience. It was worth every penny!

A 30 minute wait is understandable for a table, however once we were seated our waitress said “be back in 2 minutes” well we waited 25 minutes and no one came back to our table so I saw an employee with a gray shirt to let them know, he ended up taking our order. We waited another 30 min for our food to arrive. Once we finished eating our waitress finally came back and said “sorry, I guess someone served you even though you are my table” so I said “A nice man in a gray shirt took our order” and she said “Managers just need to mind their own business, can I get you anything?” I said “the check” and she said “Everyone wants their check right now so you are going to have to wait until I get to it”

It was very frustrating however I do appreciate the manager who stepped in and got us served, he was great.

They give you a hard time about reloading the “rechargeable” cards (to avoid the $3 fee). Don’t try to do the Eat & Play deal if you plan on playing before eating. We sat for over 20 min before being greeted by a server, then they messed up the order by giving a kids meal portion when we ordered the $27 eat and play deal. even after being informed of the error, we were still charged for the extra meal that we didn’t order and the server was not at all apologetic about the error when I asked her to remove the extra charge. The TVs in the bar were a blaring 85db. The food was good but everyone ate at different times because of all the errors. This place is severely understaffed and I’ve never had worse service.

Service was extremely slow and I was repeatedly ignored by the bartender. The food was bland and not worth the wait. I was also harassed by a man at the bar, and no staff checked in or intervened even though I was clearly uncomfortable. The only positive was that they refunded my food. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Thanksgiving decisions couldn't be made on time and decided to eat out, Dave & Busters being open worked out perfectly for us! There were 8 of us in total, used OpenTable to make the reservation which prob wasn't needed. D&B opened at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30. We were seated right away, our server was wonderful, pushed tables together for us, patient with our loud group and had such a kind and joyful vibe about her. Food was delicious, large serving apps and main dishes were great with plenty of options. Manager came over and checked on us, guys that brought the food over nice, etc etc pleasant service all around. At first we were thinking Thanksgiving at D&B, weird then guilty for the people working on the holiday and now we're kind of thinking new family tradition!

The food was horrible. My double burger seem old and overcooked and the patties were very hard. We also had boneless buffalo wings and they tasted like the bagged version you get at the grocery stores very hard and dry. My margarita was mostly juice barely any alcohol and the wine seem like very cheap wine. The food and drinks were horrible but the kids had fun playing the game selections they have.

Awful - completely understaffed, food was over an hour wait time. When it did finally come it was missing my son's order. Waited over 30 mins for it to be corrected but only after hunting down the after 2X and speaking to a manager.

Corner booths are perfect! Very comfortable. Kids and I loved our experience there for the first time.
