For $35 you get 165 chips and most games are 8+ chips. Way too expensive to play for just 20 minutes. Such a scam. Kids can’t even enjoy themselves. Make the games less expensive!!! So people can actually get their money’s worth. I also prepaid for a VR play and the game was closed due to insufficient staff. Ridiculous. Way to celebrate my sons birthday. No fun. You literally have to spend $100+ per kid to have a decent time.

Great place to eat n play. Dede is a great bartender always attentive to your needs! Worth the visit if you enjoy arcade games.

Parking: Its at a mall so theres plenty of parking.

Waited for p minutes at the bar and no one approached to take my order while waiters were standing chitchatting. I had to call out to them to get service. Drunk my one beer and left.

Special environment for adults and children, the food is good, good service, the machines some have faults and you have to be very aware because it discounts the money and does not start the game, you must call someone from the staff to help you.

An extra charge was activated for play cards for the all you can eat chicken. This was new and not explained to us. We got charged $17 to activate 5 cards. Nowhere on the promotion is that stated. But because we knew nothing of this they did refund us back.

Great place! I like the food, games, sports, drinks at Dave and Buster's. The service is excellent! And if there's is ever an issue with anything, is taken care of immediately in a professional manner.

I can’t believe how awful my experience at Dave & Buster's was! We bought 320 game chips, and they vanished in no time. We kept swiping our cards for games that wouldn’t even work, yet our chips disappeared like magic. When we asked a technician for help, they had the audacity to say everything was fine. What a joke!

Then, we finally hit the claw machine and won 500 tickets, only to be met with yet another error when we tried to claim them. Are you kidding me? This is absolutely unacceptable! I’ve never been so frustrated in my life.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an arcade, and I won’t be wasting my money here again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

One of the worst locations I’ve been to. Small game selection, a lot of broken games, horrible to no service at all at the bar or restaurant. I was sitting the bar just to order a glass of water for my child. 4 employees completely ignored me even though I was the only person in the entire bar.

Take the trip to Danbury and go to Player One. This place is a joke.
