The overall experience was as I expected for a busy Saturday night. However I made a reservation for my husband and I, we arrived 5 minutes early and were told to stand in a very long line of people waiting to to put there name on the waitlist, this did not make sense to me because why make a reservation when you have to wait in line anyway. It took about 25 minutes before we were seated. when the host asked us to follow him to our table, he abruptly stopped in the middle of the bar area and said we had to wait because the table was still being cleaned. After another 10min we were finally seated. After this inconvenience our server kind of made up for it as he was really friendly and attentive, best part of the experience.

Our dinner to celebrate our son's birthday was decent. There was a mix up with our order so one member of our party had to wait an extra 15 minutes for his dinner. But the kids enjoyed playing the video games. We would go back again. As a side note, I would not recommend the fried cauliflower.

Its a great place to take preteens and teens for New Years! We go every year. The kids have fun and parents get to watch a game and relax until the ball drops

For $35 you get 165 chips and most games are 8+ chips. Way too expensive to play for just 20 minutes. Such a scam. Kids can’t even enjoy themselves. Make the games less expensive!!! So people can actually get their money’s worth. I also prepaid for a VR play and the game was closed due to insufficient staff. Ridiculous. Way to celebrate my sons birthday. No fun. You literally have to spend $100+ per kid to have a decent time.

Servers need to work on being attentive to customers. Servers not paying attention to orders and not checking on the table enough is not acceptable in a food industry where you want people to come back. The food tastes great and so did the drinks so the kitchen did well but service was certainly not good at all.

Great place to eat n play. Dede is a great bartender always attentive to your needs! Worth the visit if you enjoy arcade games.

Parking: Its at a mall so theres plenty of parking.

Waited for p minutes at the bar and no one approached to take my order while waiters were standing chitchatting. I had to call out to them to get service. Drunk my one beer and left.

Special environment for adults and children, the food is good, good service, the machines some have faults and you have to be very aware because it discounts the money and does not start the game, you must call someone from the staff to help you.

An extra charge was activated for play cards for the all you can eat chicken. This was new and not explained to us. We got charged $17 to activate 5 cards. Nowhere on the promotion is that stated. But because we knew nothing of this they did refund us back.
