Today I went to eat and to play with my family but when we went to eat our waiter was very nice and was trying to set up our table but 3 waitresses came and said that we could not eat there because the 3 waiters did not want to clean when they knew that the place was not going to close in more than 3 hours and they looked at us in a bad way because they did not want to attend us and it was only me and my family and I honestly felt bad and I do not recommend anyone going to eat there. Very bad food service

WARNING- DO NOT EAT HERE. My 11 year old son went to a birthday party and ended up admitted into the hospital for food poisoning after eating their terrible food.

It took a long time for someone to take our orders. Also when we were finished eating it took a while for the table to be cleaned off. Fun atmosphere but it was too dark.Kid-friendliness: Lots of games for the kids

Most of the games were broken. Ugh! I'm so disgusted by the lack of working games here. While the associates did arrive after I had complained, they got the game working again but DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MORE TICKETS. All the employees here should be fired and replaced. In fact, I believe that this should be taken out of the mall and replaced with something better. Some better ideas may include literally ANYTHING! I sat down to order food and no one has come yet. What an abomination to New Haven County. I hate this place. I hope no one ever comes here again and the owner gets in trouble with the law. Furthermore, at a previous visit I attempted to jump over the jurassic park game but they kicked me OUT! I immediately ran away and walked about the mall. Another reason I hate this place is because all or at least most of the attractions have been moved since the last time I went here. I felt lost not just externally but also internally. A place I used to love has turned unfamiliar. Finally, they had a fencing tournament on. Like who watched fencing. What a bum move. Don't they know I wanted to watch the XFL?
My family and I had a ball today at Dave and Busters. We arrived around 115pm and there were no servers which was a bit strange - but the bartenders set up a table for us and took care of us. Food was very good and kids had an absolute blast. If there is one area for improvement it is the bathrooms - they were pretty gross, but the rest of our experience was Fantastic. We will definitely be back!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. The service at this location is appalling . The waitress we were dealt took our order and never bothered to bring out our drinks nor utensils or napkins. Mind you, it wasn’t even busy. We kindly asked another server for utensils and napkins and reminded him that we hadn’t gotten our drinks to then still be ignored. When she finally showed her face after an hour, I asked her to remove the 4 drinks we never received from our bill. We get handed the bill with the drinks still on it. When I voiced my frustration to the manager he brushed it off and said “I know”, no apology what so ever. Dave and Buster’s do better. We will never eat nor bring our children to play here again. Such carelessness.

Sat there with my pregnant wife for over 20 mins place was not busy at all was not even offer water. Just before leaving I spoke with the manager their excuse was another shift is starting meanwhile his workers were in the bar area

Had an unofficial birthday party for my daughter where we just had a ton of food and six kids. The staff who served our table were wonderful and totally on top of everything. Plenty of food and water and everything we needed. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it. The food was okay and better than most kids places so no complaints at all about the food.
