This place is in need of a major update or renovation. The interior feels like it's stuck in 1999. Food is not bad for what it is. The staff can definitely use some training in customer service.

Duchess does not know how to decorate, make the restaurant open and early, let the sun in. it is dark, it dampens the atmosphere. Smart, if you only have a few windows, why cover this with ads and block the light and the view? The food is definitely a notch above MD and BK.
