Third time coming here and had issues every time but today I specifically ordered a large iced chai latte and my wife got a large matcha we both legit got a cups full of ice to the brim even after asking for light ice didn't even have enough tea to fill a small cup, my wife didn't even get a large plus They didn't have regular milk or multiple food items in stock.

Literally the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The guy at the window was cool but the girls who work there are rude and obnoxious. I ordered a egg and cheese wrap and she said " ummmm ok?" You had literally one job smh do better

The everything bagel was burn..And the delivery incomplete. I ordered 3 donuts and 2 muffins and they didn’t send with my sandwiches and coffees..

This is been my go to for the last seven years for both my clients and my children. I order the same drink every morning today a new manager was there, and she decided that she can't spare extra strawberry concentrate, and will not be making the drink any longer, and said it in front of the whole store, instead of saying, pay, extra, or giving me an explanation as to why she decided to try to embarrass me And talk down to her staff. It was pretty disgusting how she spoke to them she just started. I understand she's trying to make a name for herself, but honey that's not the way you do it every single staff member in there I love and they know me they know my drink when I walk in the door and she didn't even try to ask questions just no not happening. I'm not doing that drink anymore that's not how you manage you're gonna lose some really good people staff and customers. Because you want to show Boat! I would've gladly paid extra I would've not had any problem with that. Had she explained it and not been so rude then she's gonna wanna say have a good day and don't come back if I don't want to.
