Every time I order my sandwiches “no cheese” they give me ONLY cheese on the sandwiches
. I order no cheese because I can’t eat it. Waste of money twice this week because of this happening.

This place is hit or miss honestly. Sometimes they are spot on, other times they mess up. I have been stuck in the drive thru while waiting for someone who ordered a box of joe, meanwhile I ordered a large iced coffee and was told to pull around the side while they brew it. What gives??
Make sure to order food 30 mins before cause these people are slow af!!!!
Very slow!!! Waited 15 mins for someone to even take my order. Worker sees people in line looks at the and continues not to take order. Don’t even bother unless you have extra time to spare

NASTY. Was given COLD bacon and told they have NEVER heated it up. Which is a LIE. Every Dunkin I have ever gone to, the bacon is heated up. Dont go here. Theyre nasty AF.

This is the most horrible Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I waited for 30 minutes for a mobile order and had to leave with only half my order. The people working were incredibly slow and not helpful in trying to get the orders out. Do not come to this Dunkin.

Had a great cup of iced coffee with oatmilk. Since I'm lactose intolerant it's a relief knowing that they have almond milkand I love their coffee rolls!

I'm black male with 3 older white guys in line behind me, the cashier's a black male. Cashier takes minutes before taking my order. Makes my coffee and doesn't hand it to me or slide it to me. The cashier: "Aye uh your coffee's right there." Wow. I'm waiting on my breakfast empanada. Meanwhile, all white guys got served immediately with everything HANDED TO THEM WITH A SMILE from the same cashier. 15 mins go by, my breakfast empanada was already done and placed where I couldn't see it. The cashier: "Aye yo bruh, I THINK YOUR EMPANADA'S RIGHT THERE." SMH sad.

How are you beyond slow at like 7am? Getting stuck in a line for 10-15 minutes is ridiculous. And I'm gonna assume that the guy wearing the blue polo is a supervisor, to him, HELP YOUR TEAM OUT!! Take orders and help out ffs!
