Extremely displeased with this location and won’t be coming back. Staff was very rude and unwelcoming the moment I entered and didn’t even have the common decency to greet me. I don’t recommend coming to this DD, save your time by going to a different location with better service and food!

I like this Dunkin’… no matter when I go there they have a nice display of donuts, even later in day, There’s a young guy who works there that provides excellent service… I have two Dunkin’s that are closer to me but they have service and product issues… so I’ll drive out of my way to come here for the quality and service I would hope for and get.

I like to joke with the staff there and usually tell them jokes which always gets a chuckle out of them, the orders are always correct and only wait about 3 minutes from order to window

I arrived at around 6:00 am today, 3/16/25. The lady worker/supervisor greeted me with the utmost pleasant and comforting voice. I told her that I never have a greeting like this, and I appreciate it very much. I also told her that I appreciate her pleasant greeting. It calms me, especially on Sunday morning. It makes my day wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Every time I order my sandwiches “no cheese” they give me ONLY cheese on the sandwiches
. I order no cheese because I can’t eat it. Waste of money twice this week because of this happening.

This place is hit or miss honestly. Sometimes they are spot on, other times they mess up. I have been stuck in the drive thru while waiting for someone who ordered a box of joe, meanwhile I ordered a large iced coffee and was told to pull around the side while they brew it. What gives??
