I had a disgusting experience at this café. I tried their coffee this morning and ended up with stomach pain shortly after. The staff member who served me was quite rude, which made the experience even worse. I was hoping for a relaxing Sunday morning, but unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but.

I try to stay clear of this Dunkin… and drive a little further for a better one… this one they don’t believe in hairnets and yet it seems like a prerequisite to hire guys in particular with long hair with dreads or braids and or beards…. hanging in your food… another time I went there the guy had long finger nails and rings on near every finger… these people ever hear of restaurant cleanliness or etiquette?

Bathroom was filthy and everything was broken and on the floor, as you can see. There was a big line of cars at the drive thru and only one customer inside. I didn't get anything, just needed the bathroom, and of course it disappointed, but did its job.

I ordered a large iced tea and when I arrived they only had medium as the biggest cup. The drive thru employee apologized and offered me a free donut to make up for it. He was very nice and the service was great. The iced tea was refreshing on this hot summer day.

The employees here don't pay attention to customers coming in the door. When they see you they say be with you and just ignore you and pay attention to drive thru only. Having four people running drive thru is ridiculous.

The staff here doesn't care, and they are slow. Saw 4 people walk out while I was there waiting.

Genuinely confused if any of the employees know the difference between butter and cream cheese. Every other time i go here it’s cream cheese instead of butter and i’m kinda tired of it. No other dunkin around does that and it’s really annoying.

My partner just went into this dunkin and a girl named Latisha? She was up charging on peoples coffees and pocketing the change..... when she got caught by my partner she didn't even know what to do. Was charging 3.05 for 2.75 coffee. Did it to a senior citizen right before him. Should be ashamed.

The staff here is horrible. I went inside because they screwed up my coffee order through the drive thru, and there were 2 people working. As im standing there for about 10 minutes, i find out one was new, and the other needed a break and was very rude. I asked the man to help me and he wouldn't turn around to look at me. He told the new person that she needs to handle all the issues today. I have been having so many various issues with this location for awhile now and this topped the cake. Tried calling corporate to issue a complaint and nothing gets done. Sad.

I go to Dunkin daily and get to go here when I bring my daughter to school and I love it. The service is always top notch, they are all so friendly and make my coffee the right way every single time!! I may start going 30 minutes out of my way just to go here.
