Horrendous service at the drive thru. Not sure if the people are stoned or stupid....maybe both. Forgot what we ordered, asked 3x times, kept asking what else they needed to give us and took forever. ?

I don’t know what kind of people you guys have there as a employees but they’re mad rude. I ask for a medium caramel iced coffee and I asked how much was it bc i want to know the price of what I’m buying and she start screaming like “are you ready or not” and then they give us the sausage egg and cheese LIKE THIS. So disappointed, I love dunkin but literally is a waste of money and time because we have to “deal” with the unhappy people that work there.

up until a few months ago, this was the worst dunkin in the entire state of ct. and possibly the entire usa. the place never opened on time and there was always a long line of cars waiting before the first employee ever showed up. the manager was always the last to arrive. it was not uncommon for this place to open as late as 7:30 am and even later on sundays. after observing this for an entire month i approached the manager and after nearly slipping on the always wet floor, i asked her the following question: the sign outside says open at 5:00 am, why are customers waiting two or three hours for this place to open? her response was: 'i have no control over the employees' to which i replied "well isn't that your job"? she responded by saying, 'if i had any complaints, to tell it to dunkin, not her'. so i did. i called dunkin corp and they sent the district manager to investigate. after two weeks the district manager called me and confirmed everything that i had reported.the manager was "let go" and a new crew was installed. i am now happy to report that under the leadership and supervision of new manager felicia, this place has gone from "worst" to "first". i must also give "honorable mention" to employees "baby doll" and "sexy thang" who always keep myself and the other customers "comin' back for more"!

The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a $2 medium iced coffee coupon, which she could not get to work and was adamant that it was not going to work. I had ordered 2 medium iced coffees. It turned out that her rude and disrespectful attitude was more important, than actually realizing that she had rung up the incorrect order instead for a bacon egg and cheese (which is why the coupon wasn't working). After requesting to deal with a different employee, they got the coupon to work. However, as I was driving away I noticed that one of the iced coffees was completely wrong (it was a mocha swirl instead of a regular iced coffee with just milk). I've never been so disrespected and treated with awful customer service the way my family was treated today in the drive-thru. I would not recommend this Dunkin' location at all.

Just went threw the drive threw and the speaker was rushing me and inattentive to my order. I order my coffee instead of letting me finish he told me to “ pull up “ I told him can I have vanilla frosted donut as well he didn’t add it. I also use the Dunkin app so I had a coupon that didn’t come off at the window bc my order was accurate. Lastly, the employee at 3:30pm on 4/20 was eatting and talking to me with only couple teeth in his mouth and food flew at me. His hands weren’t clean as well and I order whip cream it didn’t feel safe to drink nor eat there which is why I requested a refund because this Dunkin was rude, uncleanliness and rushed. The receipt even came back dirty w boogers ?!?

Worst experience I have ever had at DD. Ordered an unsweetened ice tea without milk. There was a black woman serving us who insisted there wasn't milk in it even though we couldn't see thru the clear glass. Either stupid or didn't care or both she proceeded to to argue and treat us very rudely. As we were getting a refund a fellow employee pointed out to her she had in fact given us the wrong order yet no apology.

Although the food isn’t to bad and the place is pretty clean, The attitude and unprofessionalism the morning workers give is very rude. If you can’t hear me on the com theres no need to get an attitude. You chose this job for yourself take it seriously. That’s what you get paid for regardless if its minimum wage. Please be more kind and do what you signed up for.

Got charged 14$ for an ice coffee and two donuts, after I said that they had the wrong price, they still charged me 14$ then my two donuts were supposed to be strawberry and were ur plain donuts with nothing on em, will never go back waited 20+ mins in drive thru
