The cashier charged me extra money at the drive though. The total was 4$ but I was charged 10. And they always give the wrong donuts. Don’t go here, workers are not trustful

This spot is a mess. Ordered at drive through for a coffee and some munchkins, confirmed on the screen my order is correct; I get to the window and they charged me for someone else’s order, and give me the order (some kind of chicken bacon thing), then proceed to appear annoyed at me because they got their stuff mixed up and didn’t seem willing to do anything about their mistake. Ended up just leaving because I don’t have time for a thing to turn into “a thing”. Thanks for the bad experience and waste of money.

It was a traumatic experience on Thursday morning at 7. I ordered a DunkaLatte and the lady made me a Pumpkin Latte. I went back to them saying I want the one with coffee milk and expresso. They said you ordered Pumpkin Latte and that's the DunkaLatte. The worst is that the person at the registry and the person in charge of the drink kept making fun of me saying I ordered it wrong. “It is too early for this” she said. Honestly, she signed up for the morning shift. If she couldn’t pull it off then don’t work! The workers were so rude and disrespectful. They said they had to refund me the money and charge me again. I fell for it and it was a LIE. I didn't get a refund and each drink costs $7.45! I spent $15 for a drink with humiliation. I was very upset.

Ordered a midnight roast to which the employee told me they were all out … so I ordered something else which was made wrong. At no time did the woman ask if I wanted to wait for her to make a fresh pot.It wasn’t even an option. Pretty bad.

The service at this Dunkin’ is abysmal. The employees, if you can call them that, barely make eye contact, mumble incoherently, never have anything but the most basic items on the menu, and are really rather rude. I know it’s a Dunkin’ and not the most prestigious job in the world, but you would hope that if you’re going to make the effort to get dressed up to go to work every day, there would be at least a minimum effort to show some pride and competence in your work. Not from here—this Dunkin’ would be better served by a self checkout. Go and see for yourselves, or better yet don’t.

This Dunkin’ used to be rougher around the edges, but I think it gets a bad rep. Sometimes there’s human errors, but otherwise I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff and enjoyed my food.
