Rude! We ordered ice tea with two pumps of liquor sugar. But tall white guy with glasses have attitude. They gave wrong order and when I explain. The tall white guy with glasses didn’t even let me finish my explanation and said once I take the drink, they can’t remake it. There is no manger at site. And this guy gave me the hand said goodbye. What kinda customer service is this? Ruined my whole day!

To the tall dude who works here, if you wanna be aggressive and rude, just go home and be as you wish with your wife and kids, don’t bring your bs attitude to work and talk rude to customers. You are in an industry of customer service, so if you donno how to talk, just take a long break.

The old lady here was super rude, I mobile ordered a latte and she basically yelled at me, saying she didn’t have espresso or ingredients for a latte. But she didn’t offer to help change the order or make anything else. Just very blunt and rude. Luckily I called corporate and got a refund. Disappointing for a Dunkin.

10/03/2025 at 4pm. The African American girl was rude and ignorant. I ordered a single shot espresso and politely asked for that shot to be put in small coffee cup because the tiny single shot cup always spills since it’s too small for any vehicle up holder. She replied “what the hell!!!” With a very mean look. This is not the first time she does this!!!! I’m a truck driver and stop by for coffee and breakfast 5 days a week and stop again in the afternoon for an espresso and a muffin. I am done with this particular DD

People stop here to get coffee. Coffee that is needed for night driving. Closing at 8 pm does not help with this. They need to be open later than 8pm. They may get better reviews if they stay open later.

Rude and dissatisfied staff! I went to the cash register to make an order, two employees were standing in front of the cash register and talking, these ladies told me to make an order at the self-service counter, so that they could continue telling their stories and no one would interrupt them

Placed an order for pick up, food was made fast but before I could get to the counter my order was gone. I explained this to the worker and they gave me a horrible attitude, stating I need to "fight for my food". They remade only half the order. Horrible experience for overpriced Dunkin. Don't go here, go anywhere else.
