The lady that works the 3am shift is rude..doesn’t look like she likes her job doesn’t want to make anything hot…this like the 3rd time I’m here that she does that definitely need to get someone in there that wants to there job!!! Really sucks to be out here working and can get a hot meal!!! Horrible service!!!! 03/25/24

I love Dunkin but I came in around 3:30am and there was one lady working, she was in the front with her phone on the counter not paying attention and when I asked her if they were serving breakfast she said yes and kept looking down and she was rude when asking what I wanted and she never looked at me, when she came back with my food she asked if I wanted anything to drink so I told her and she had a look of why are you bothering me on her face and I get we all have bad days and it’s totally fine if she didn’t want to smile and be cheery, but at least look at me when and not stare down at your phone and don’t show with body language that I’m bothering you. I worked retail so I get it no need to be happy and cheery but if you aren’t going to smile at least pay attention and not be on your phone

The worst service ever I received. There was one lady around 3.45 pm today who is so rude and disrespectful towards customers. She’s been rude to everyone not only us. Definitely store will loose its customers if store has such kind of staff. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed. Never ever suggest this place.

We stopped on Monday afternoon, my daughter wanted some tea. The woman who was there was super rude to the girl. I ordered everything begal with cream cheese so I check wasn't enough cheese on it I ask show it to person ( girl) she came up with bad attitude and said we charged extra so I ask for a refund, she replied im not the manager, I left the food. Garbage attitude. F'
