Worst. Guy is not ready to look at order. Ordered a Hot coffee, he gave cold one and not ready to take back. Same with donuts, didnt give first. We felt unsafe with these kind of rude people at counter serving.

Worst Dunkin ever. Me and other truck driver came at 5 min before open. The lady got so mad because we put an order so early. I said I will wait the 5 minute. After 2 min she comes saying she does not have no croissant to do my sandwich. I asked for my money back she refused to do it. What kind of Dunkin don’t have their stuff ready before opening. Is a breakfast place.

I would stop in from time to time on my way to work and never understand why they don’t replace the workers here. Every time they have an attitude, I wait 6-12 min to get my order in because no one there to take it but you can hear them in the back talking. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to

Completely disappointed, stopped for some coffee after a long drive just searching for something warm and then I come to find an employee with an attitude that was not caused by me. From verbally abused to then saying it’s my fault that she doesn’t want to make my order is completely unbelievable. I’ve worked in establishments like these and I know kiosks can be turned off and signs are also available for customer to know their bit making beverages or food. The person in shift was rude and mean, not happy at all, LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS FIRST

The people aren’t friendly with the costumer, don’t has the closed sign and the order screen is working for take the order but the staff said the place is closed

People at the register simply didn’t want to do their job and pushed me to a kiosk that didn’t work. Stop at any other Dunkin.

Why are y'all closing before 8pm look at the cameras tonight Thursday Feb 6 walked up at 735/740 the guy say y'all are close I just believe he was ready to go. You just can't find good help nowhere. If you do not like your job quit or find another.

This is my first time at your dunkin and I really hate my experience at your dunkin … the crew members talking to me was not appropriate, order accuracy was not there at all … because i ordered a small midnight and they gave me a medium coffee… and there was no sticker to any of the coffee… that’s not acceptable at all … my friend is allergic to oat milk so how will he able to identify which one is latte and which one is midnight and the bageltwist was toasted with strawberry cc … they gave it on side and did not even cut the bagel twist …. There is no order accuracy and we asked for a small ones they gave us all medium ones… and there is no sign board that if we can only order 3 coffees in the drive thru … that’s not dunkin standards at all … i want a refund.
