Pizza was great. The steak tips were phenomenal, but would have liked a bigger portion. Delicious

Underwhelming to say the least. Sorry to have to post this review especially since I’ve watched how long that they’ve been trying to put this together, but the price is outrageous for less than subpar food.

Pizza was below average for this part of CT. No flavor. Chewy undercooked bacon. Tomatoes on the Margherita had no flavor. Chewy bread like pizza dough. Did not seem wood fired. Also, the calamari was a tiny portion for 15$. This was my last visit here. Best of luck to the owners.

We have dined here and ordered take-out a few times since they opened. The food and pizza are better than expected. It is a great place to go and hang out at the bar or grab a bite to eat. The firehouse theme is cool and they have actual artifacts from when this was an active firehouse, which adds to the charm. Our waitress Sue was awesome and the owner Philip went out if his way to make sure we were happy customers. They even have Gluten Free options.

Thoroughly surprised with this restaurant!! First night out in CT after a long drive and we were hit with amazing food, service, and overall a comfortable atmosphere! The dumplings are homemade and the best I’ve ever had and the mash potato pizza is to die for. Talk about it hitting all the taste buds. And then the service! The food runners and hosts were not only sweethearts but hard workers (some of them are kids so treat them with kindness). Then Melinda, the manager, was so refreshing to talk to! Same with Justin and Kaja. I’m so glad there is a local family restaurant with great people working in it.

I got a DoorDash order delivered last night. The absolute worst calamari I’ve ever had. It was chewy beyond expectations and the “spicy marinara” sauce as advertised was gelled up and flavorless. It was as if the order I received was what’s left at the bottom of the fry basket. I want my $15 back.
I added a star because the pizza was ok.

This pizza was B-A-D. No flavor. Hard crust. Weird texture , not sure what flour they use. Ordered a White broccoli, came out with Red sauce? Even a plain cheese sauce was tasteless. I was S-A-D. I had such high hopes reading these reviews.

This is one of the coolest themed pizza places ever. The pizza was thin, crispy, cheesy and delicious. Shout out to Danny who was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Great ambiance with mediocre pizza. You guys were awesome but I gotta tell you, the margarita pizza dough was stiff, overly dry and not crunchy in the brick oven way. Note: only tried the one pizza. Maybe something else is good?
