I’ve spent a lot of money here and my daughter frequents this spot after school. She always makes a purchase. Today she was rudely kicked out by the owner because she sat down before buying anything. I will never spend my money here again. Expensive and terrible customer service.

Nice atmosphere. And great selection of toppings. Icecream is just ok. Nice and clean set up. Staff are very fireball and the shop was nice and clean. Icecream is SUPER pricey though a full tub of the large was $16.00. Over proced in my opinion.That is enough for multiple half gallons at the store.🫤

Walking through Milford, I thought I would try a local restaurant. Was not disappointed. I had the patty melt. Excellent sandwich. Did not have dessert. But I highly recommend this local gem. Friendly staff, clean welcoming environment and delicious hamburgers. 👍🏼👍🏼

Double charged me for my order and when I got it, all was completely melted. Rude on the phone, had to order the same thing twice and there excuse was the different toppings when both items were the exact same. Never again
1st time at frosty twist I got a sweet and spicy crispy chicken with coleslaw added bacon and was amazing

Worst experience i always order crepe & dubai chocolate strawberry cup from them and they put fresh fruits on top but inside its totally rotten, i even requested for fresh fruits but still they do the same. They dont care about customers health they need just money.

My SIX chicken tenders took all of seven days to be presented to me. Matter a fact, I’m writing this and I STILL don’t have them. This is outrageous. I’ve been waiting for upwards of ten minutes.

I’ve been here several times because I love their açaí bowls, milk tea and tropical bubble tea. Today I bought a grilled cheese, acai bowl and a coconut milk tea. I’m incredibly indecisive but luckily the sweetest girl named Narin helped me out. She was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and quick. She’s definitely one of their best employees and my experience there was perfect thanks to her. As usual, the coconut milk tea was delicious, grilled cheese with tomato hit the spot and the acai bowl was fantastic! I got strawberries, blueberries, granola, honey and coconut flakes on it. Love this place. Their frozen yogurt, ice cream and selection of toppings are great too! Definitely give this place a shot and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

First time there, what I ordered was very good, although I was very disappointed to find out there was no soap in either the ladies room or the men’s room and not even hand sanitizer in the restaurant. We needed to wash our hands, and it made me wonder if the employees are able to wash their hands while preparing our food. I asked twice if they could please fill the soap dispenser and the answer was- “we are out of soap and we get it from a third party”… uh, I don’t really care where you get it, it just needs to be available for every patron, I didn’t say this but I thought it. I believe it’s an OSHA requirement for restaurants.
