Compare the take out receipt and what I was charged for the same pizza ordering it online.
Take out receipt with tax included it's 18.52. Online it's 25.62 from the website. For the same thing that is a +7$ extra charge or +38% of the total cost when using their website ordering.
That is crazy for the "convenience" of filling the website online order. Call it in!

I normally enjoy Gulf Greek Pizza for takeout, not to dine in (the restaurant is relatively small and the area isn't great). It's pretty reasonable greek style pizza, a bit expensive, but I don't mind paying more, especially when I'm in a rush for lunch but unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to eat here anymore. In my most recent experience, there was metal in my pizza a little larger than a finger nail and this isn't the first time that this has happened. Although I'm personally not going to have it anymore, it's really not a bad takeout option for lunch if you're in a hurry and want a different type of pizza to try.

Absolutely love this place! We have been ordering here for a long time. Tonight was over the top! Our Siberian was having tummy upset so she has been eating chicken and rice the last day or two. Tonight we realized we were out of chicken. We put our order in for dinner and requested that they make her some bland grilled chicken to add to the rice we had and they honored our request without question. Friendly service. Great food. Timely delivery.
Dinner: besides Benita’s chicken, lol.
Melanzane pizza - eggplant, basil, garlic and cheese. Thin to medium crust, super tasty.
Garlic knots - perfectly cooked with amazing marina sauce
It's one of Connecticut best pizza ? spots. The most appealing aspect is that they do not engage in excessive price gouging, which is a common practice among many pizzerias today.

I am a picky pizza person as is my spouse and we love gulf Greek pizza! I don’t know what the difference is but we prefer two personal size pizzas although we will do a large if we are on the same page that night! The owners couldn’t be nicer either.
