Ice and Fire Rolled Ice Cream is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat in the mall! The service was excellent—the staff was patient and friendly, even as we took our time deciding. They offer a great selection (I had the WAKE ME UP), and the ice cream was just as delicious as it looks. My only small drawback was that I prefer a softer texture, so I had to wait a few minutes before digging in. But overall, it was well worth the experience! Highly recommend. 🍦✨

All I can say is, delicious! Good service and good dessert options, definitely a highlight of the CT Post Mall.

I live in California, but am on a trip to the East Coast. This place had amazing music, amazing staff, and the ice cream was the best I've had in months! I wish they had a location in San Diego so I could eat these back at home!

Great dessert spot in the food court!! Unique ice creams & drinks, and the stall is clean & modern. Bit on the pricey side (milkshakes & boba are $7, ice cream is $10) but it's undeniably worth it as a once-in-a-while treat 🫶🫶

I got the matcha rolled ice cream and it was a bit novel at first, but the ice cream tasted the same as green tea ice cream from the supermarket or a buffet. The spoon they provided is too weak and makes it hard to actually eat the thing.

They were super nice and their boba teas were amazing. I loved the Taro iced cream and green tea boba. And my egg custard black milk tea was astounding with such great flavor and texture to it. I would definitely go here again if I am shopping at the Connecticut Post Mall.
