Processed meat is not good for you but these subs are fantastic. Number 8 is my go to. Giants are big. You eat that and it's Thanksgiving full

I wanted jersey mikes for lunch. I only get 30 mins. I called ahead and the lady on the phone was very nice. I arrived at the Milford location and gave them my name, only to be told they didn’t have an order for me. The cashier asked if I was sure I called the right store. I was absolutely sure, as I checked the number I had called and it was the Milford location. Plus when I called, the lady who answered said that it was the Milford location.. finally another lady came and said she remembered taking my order. At this point I had about 10 minutes of my break left. They were going to start my food right then but I had no time to wait. I understand mistakes happen, it was very busy in the store. But I received no apology or anything. I almost even felt the cashier had an attitude because THEY lost my order. This was very disappointing and extremely frustrating.. the cashiers need to do better at acknowledging their mistakes and fixing them. I thought jersey mikes took their customer service seriously. I guess not anymore.

The service is so bad I asked for a refund and left. I ordered my sandwich and the worker forgot to make my sandwich and proceeded to give me attitude for not doing his job. Will never step foot in this establishment again.
