When I ordered 3 Philly steak sandwiches on Uber eats for me and my 3 daughters one of my daughters found hair in her sandwich. That was disgusting and she couldn’t eat it. I called and asked for a refund or an another sandwich and they said they would call me back and make another order or give me a refund back and I never received a phone call.

I just wanted to give a shout out to THIS jersey Mike's sub place! My son and I drive an hour to hamden for chess tournaments, and we stopped here on the way home. Hands down, BEST, most FRIENDLY SERVICE I ever got on making a sub for us. They are nice and cheerful, funny and hardworking. Happy to get a laugh out of you as you go through the line. They worked like mad during the busy hour I was there, all with seamless teamwork. We are coming back here today for another chess tournament, and I can't wait because there's no better spot. I'll pay for a sub here for these guys, they're sub pros, they're masters of the craft, and they're entertaining and work for a smile for each customer. The employees you have are gold!!! 5 stars. Sew you guys soon! Cheers!

My first experience with Jersey Mikes.Very chaotic inside. I got a pretty sloppily made tuna salad sub. Drowned in watered down mayonnaise and very difficult to eat.So I guess it's back to Subway for me.
Shout out to Jay from the Milford store for being so fabulous!!! What a gentleman. I ordered a big lunch for one of my accounts and it was a huge hit!!!!! Thanks, Jay! . I’ll be ordering all my lunches from you going forward.

We usually love it here but the last two visits have been less than ideal. I brought my son last week and we were the only ones in line and it took over five minutes for one of the five people working to even ask us what we wanted. Decided to give it another try today and again we waited for a few minutes to even be helped. I was going to get a warm sub but they were cleaning the grill hood while they were cooking on it and removing the filters and spraying cleaner at the same time. It made me change my whole families order and question the cleanliness of the rest of the food we ordered.

Sandwich was good overall but when ordering through Uber eats or grub hub don’t pay for anything extra because you’re not gonna get it . $5 dollars to anyone who can spot the extra bacon I paid 4.
