My first experience with Jersey Mikes.Very chaotic inside. I got a pretty sloppily made tuna salad sub. Drowned in watered down mayonnaise and very difficult to eat.So I guess it's back to Subway for me.

We usually love it here but the last two visits have been less than ideal. I brought my son last week and we were the only ones in line and it took over five minutes for one of the five people working to even ask us what we wanted. Decided to give it another try today and again we waited for a few minutes to even be helped. I was going to get a warm sub but they were cleaning the grill hood while they were cooking on it and removing the filters and spraying cleaner at the same time. It made me change my whole families order and question the cleanliness of the rest of the food we ordered.

Sandwich was good overall but when ordering through Uber eats or grub hub don’t pay for anything extra because you’re not gonna get it . $5 dollars to anyone who can spot the extra bacon I paid 4.

Our first time here and the staff was wonderful personable, kind and the cook actually asked me about my salt preference on my delicious steak and cheese sub showing concern,great food and A + team 12/13/2023 .We will be back please stay consistent with food and staff no need for any changes.

WHY DOES YOUR STAFF GET AN ATTITUDE WHEN ASK THEM TO PLEASE CHANGE YOUR GLOVES???? THAT TELLS YOU HOW DIRTY A PERSON IS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS!!!Please train the staff to wash your hands when changing gloves. Also your male staff on register today at lunch time does not work well under pressure or busy atmosphere. He went off cursing and the staff had to tell him ots not that serious. Like I really didn't understand what was wrong with him. I got a number 7 as staff told him and he said a 8 and just went off and came back. I'm just looking at him like he crazy and had to ask another worker can I please just use my points to pay. He was on 100. I have no idea what I walked into today. Customer service gotta get better as well as keeping working area clean through lunch wave. He was very unprofessional and scarey.

Wheelchair accessibility: Unknown about facilities plenty of parking but small and confine interior not really wheelchair friendly quality and quantity of product and freshness excellent. Could use a little more improvement on customer friendliness.not long waiting time from entering to exiting location.

Extremely friendly staff. Great subs. Best value is to get the largest sub. Although pricey, the meats are fresh and the toppings are amazing. It's worth the money!

I showed up at Jersey Mikes Milford at 8:59pm (according to my watch) and they said ‘Maam, we’re closed’. I pleaded ‘But I was inside by 9 and the door wasn’t locked.’ They said ‘We were about to an we started breaking down and …’. But I pleaded ‘but I drove all the way from New Haven and I’m hungry and I was inside by 9 and the doors not locked!!!’ But I said it with a smile? And they said ‘OK - you’re so nice about it … what can we get for you?’ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They didn’t rush my sandwiches. They used utensils and equipment they had just cleaned. And they did it all with smiles!!! Thank you to the manager and counter staff who served me tonite. They are always great but tonite was extra!!Parking: Lots of spots

I just received my order and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality and freshness of our sandwiches.We both ordered the same Italian with added jalapeños and I also had pepperoni on mine which I think is necessary if you're serious about an Italian sub. The meats, cheese and veggies were all really fresh and the vinegar and oil was in the just right amount.I elected to leave the salt off; there is enough of it in the meats for me and it wasn't missed. The bread was soft enough to take a bite but not so much so that it got wet and fell apart.I took off one star because the location I ordered from doesn't allow for additional substitutions or additions. I would love to have added extra lettuce and jalapeños.Not a tragedy. Next time, I just order at the restaurant. It might even be tomorrow!!

The workers here are awesome. There was a huge line and they were doing grub hub orders and a million things at once and maintained a very positive attitude and worked diligently to get through the rush of people ordering & prepping order to perfection! This staff rocks!
