Wow! My first experience with New Haven style and I can see why Portnoy loves it. Great crust, little flop, sauce was spot on. He only gave them an 8.1 (which is solid for him), I said they were an 8.2. Service was superb, couldn't ask for better service. The French Onion Soup was absolutely delicious. We also had the garlic knots, which were the best I've had. The garlic sauce and marinara mingled a sweet dance on my taste buds, get them, you won't be disappointed. The only thing I regret is I didn't get a hoodie to take home, maybe they will reach out and let me know how I can get one 😁 DO NOT pass on Jimmy's Apizza.

No clue how they get away with calling this apizza. That style of pizza needs a coal oven and charred crust, which they do not have. It should be called “jimmy’s well done pizza” The most overrated pizza I’ve ever had in my life. GG’s, Papa’s, New Haven pizza place, Andini's are all better!! Way too much cheese. The sauce is good but not enough. The dough is average Very average pizza place I’m sorry.

Passed by Jimmy’s for years & heard all the buzz so gave it a try. This no New Haven Style pizza. It was honestly awful…center of pie was undercooked, pizza was soggy due to amount of oil on it & cheese wasn’t fully cooked. So disappointing. Service was good. Ample parking in private lot. Plates, napkins orovided for takeout. Just over $12 for small cheese pizza so reasonably priced. Was it an off day at Jimmy’s or is it just not my taste?

Was in my hometown of New Haven and was staying in Milford. Googled pizza places near me as I live in Ohio now and long for a “slice”. Jimmy Apizza staff was so nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my two cheese slices and a drink special !
