Was a disappointment the railings on the front step weren't connected and useless, the front step had a orange cone on it, very dangerous. The Menu was very limited. The soup wasn't hot the coffee was like warm . I have never had such tasteless mashed potatoes I don't think they used salt ,pepper or butter. Asked for napkins 3 times. Waitress never came back to see if food was all right. The floor in the dining room was all curled up. There were so many dangerous things wrong here. If you go be careful.

Very much recommend if you’re looking to support CT small family-owned businesses.Also, their food is great too! Just a plus with the environment! I’m very particular and they got the order perfect! Went recently to get some food and not sure what changed since last year, but man the food quality and service dropped off. Service wasn’t the best, seemed like one server running the entire side of the restaurant. Food was brought out at different times by like 5-10 minutes each. Food was wrong twice. Definitely not worth the cost of the food. When we went a year ago, food was great, service was solid and really had a good time. Maybe they were short staffed but man it was rough.

Great food and welcoming staff! I am giving 3 ⭐️ because they attempted to charge me a different price than what was listed on the online menu when I went to pick up my order. They explained that the listed price was from before Covid and they hadn't updated it yet. I strongly suggest charging customers the same price whether they order online or dine in to avoid uncomfortable situation.

We sat at a table for the longest time waiting for someone to come over to bring coffee or take our order in a room that was not busy at all, the waitress chatting away with customers near our table then she walked away, while we waited and waited. We walked out and I seriously think no one even noticed or cared. We went right over to Pop's Restaurant around the corner and what a difference! Customer service at its finest!! We will never be back to Kimberly's! What a huge turn off!
