Brian was reliable and communicative throughout the process even as I asked to change the time slightly, he was very accommodating. I have already had employees ask to use them again which we will! We went to a Pig Roast at Viking Construction and Liberty Rock Tavern catered. Excellent job. No waiting for food refills. Large selection. Ribs were amazing. Pull pork so juicy and tender. Loved the Bratwurst. And these little fired chicken sandwiches with pickles, blue cheese and some sauce some people might have passed on, didn’t know what they were missing. Yum.

I really wanted to like the place, but it was mediocre. What changed my mind was our experience with the food truck. From poor service to awful chicken tenders, french fries, and a terrible hotdog, we are underwhelmed to say the least. They had more quality ingredients and it showed in taste.
