I gotta be honest, the sausage and egg muffin I just had from here is probably the best I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s. I genuinely couldn’t believe it. The service is also great, too.

The company needs to address operations, esp in the evening hours. I stop often then and such a beautiful building, has to be run so poorly. Often the person speaking on the DT speaker can barely speak English. Often they are out of things. Tonight it was hot choc and apple piesl. Last Sunday it was milk shakes ( cleaning the machine at 9pm). Last summer theY actually said they’re out of fries. You can tell th E owner or store manager does not ch Rick up on the store at Night r weekends. But McDonald Corp, how do you allow this. Get a new owner. Ps Sonic & Burger King across the street. This store has given up!

McDonald's food is ?. Prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are clean. You can still refill your own sodas. Your food is brought to you when you order at the kiosk. They did have six new collectibles. All of my three grandchildren had different ones. You don't get to see which collectible you have until you unwrap it. So, you get and hope for the ? best.

The best McDonalds I found around the places I traveled near Bridgeport. Food and service are awesome.
Do Not go to this mcdonalds. I showed up after placing an order in the mobile app to pick up my food. My significant other went in and used the bathroom while we waited for it to be ready. No food was brought out to our car so we went to go to the front counter and found all 3 doors locked at least 15 minutes before their closing time. Infuriated I got back intk my car and went to the drivethrough where they informed me they are closed. Completely UNACCEPTABLE customer service and behavior. I explained Inplaced an order online, had already paid and that by LAW they were still open and only then did they tell me oh we’re sorry, yes we have an order for you. Terrible employees. I will be returning there tomorrow to state a formal complaint within the restaurant hopefully they will be open midday, although I can’t be sure. Again, do not buy here.

The worst staff I've ever encountered ordering fast food. Beyond slow, rude, and they consistently mess up basic orders. A plain cheeseburger isnt hard make, but they still manage to screw that up when you're literally the only customer. Night crew always forgets part of your order then gets an attitude when you ask for the missing items.
