Ordered delivery and they messed up the order. I'm allergic to Apples so I order oatmeal with no apple and extra raisins. They give me apples and 1 raising pack. The slip with the huge lettering in the bag states NO DICED APPLES, EXTRA raisins. This happens often at many McDs. Not just here.
Also I ordered a big breakfast...they gave me no utensils, no salt, no syrup, no butter.

It took 10 minutes for food because the owners try to squeeze as much out of their workers and have one person running the food and register leaving my food sitting and cold. No soda machine

This used to be our favorite McDonalds for our kids to connect with their friends. The food is fantastic every time, other than fighting for more than 3 ketchup packets for a 20 piece nuggets and large fries. we will no longer eat from this establishment. I was there with my two friends and our children. The kids were eating and having a great conversation and laughing. Then a much older man, who was working there came over and told our children to " keep it down and be quiet because they are disturbing the kitchen from making orders. Our children were laughing. Our children are also all neurodivergent, as am I. They are autistic, and I have Tourette's and ADHD. They were clearly having a great time together and no one around us seemed to be bothered considering it was very loud in there to begin with! The woman who was calling out order numbers was screaming them at the top of her lungs and did it multiple times for every order. Even as people stood directly in front of her she would scream. Now if you live in Milford, you know who this arrogant fake nice man is that works there and mostly in the drive thru. He is always condescending and always lets me know he doesn't need to be working, he chooses to. Not that I ever asked him. But he says he works for fun, but no one had fun today! I informed him that they can't be quiet and that they aren't disrupting anyone with their laughter. H then informed me they are disrupting the kitchen. Then I asked him if there was an area they had for disabled people so we could continue our lunch and not have to do so in silence. He informed me they do not have such an area and that we just needed to be quiet. So I informed him that we will leave so the kitchen staff can do their job in silence, since the McDonalds needs to be completely silent, no laughing or it just wants it to be without disabled people. It's hard enough having people always staring at us, but to embarrass us and make us feel unwelcome. For a grown man to come to our table and tell our children to be quiet! The audacity and ignorance of this miserable older man is absolutely NOT ok! He should definitely not be working with the public till he is educated on the fact that we have a right to be in a public place. It's against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities. This should NOT be happening a few days before 2025! Why are people still so ignorant?

Kid-friendliness: The store was renovated and there is no play area anymore. Too bad, my kids loved road trips north since we always stopped here because it had the best play area.
It's McDonald's lol
No other choice when passing through at 2 a.m. but great service, pleasant staff, hot food, quick.

They forgot about my order in the drive-through. I ordered an ice water; I had to get out my car and open the window to remind the staff that I was still there (This was after probably 8 minutes and 8 other people got food, and drinks). Not once have I been brushed off for such a simple task. They made me late for work. 0 stars If I could. Ontop of that, I didn’t get a straw. My visit time was 12:01pm, Jan 4.

When the drive through lady insists an item doesn't exist on the menu yet you order said item all the time from that mcdonalds because it's the one thing from mcdonalds you can have due to surgery and she just continues to gaslight you and make you a Karen. Ps went to another mcdonalds to get the item and it exits!

this place is a friggin joke, we get our sodas, then told to go park in space number one after 11 minutes we had to go in the restaurant to find out where our food is and we’re told they were waiting for the big Mac, I find it hard to believe we’d have to wait 11 minutes for a big Mac absolutely horrible customer service skills !
