The slowest McDonald’s i’ve ever been!

I orderd 2 hamburgers just to get 1 hamburger with no patty on it I literally got scammed

30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers is insane. Never eating here again.

I would give this location zero stars if that was an option. I ordered one sandwich at the drive-through and was asked to pull forward and they would bring it out in two minutes. 20 minutes later I went inside to inquire there was no apology. no explanation. They threw a bag with a cold sandwich at me. Zero customer service absolutely horrific experience. The owner of this location should be aware.

They charge for sauce, spent $16 for a meal that normally somewhere else say McDonald’s it’s only 10 bucks. Don’t you think that they give out the sauce for free? French fries wasn’t fresh again don’t you think for $16 and plus a meal french fries at least would be fresh, I understand it’s a highway service and it gotta be expensive. Of course it’s a premium price but the service has to be premium too. The sandwich is a mess all over the place.

To be honest, one of the cleanest and modern McDonald's on the 95. Came in about 8am and it was empty, but the staff was very nice and quick with orders (there was 4 of us ordering full breakfast meals). The drive-thru was packed, though.

So basically today what ever ignorant ass workers that’s work to 10pm tonight of may 25,2025. I walk back into the rest stop and I am there because I was on a greyhound bus to Boston and also mind you I was in a rush cause I only had about 10 minutes left. I rush into the rest stop and order chicken strips and a medium fry and we can say that should only take 3 minutes but no it took longer. The reason was because the grubbiest employees that are supposed to do the cooking were too busy talking in Spanish which obviously not many understand so I graciously tell them hey I’m in a rush how much longer to my food. They tell me 3 minutes. Mind you this time I’m running back and forth from the door to see the bus and then he McDonalds in the middle of the food court I noticed not one but three employees snickering and talking about me in Spanish’s instead of there job to make my food knowing I was in a rush. But that fr all and I just don’t take disrespect lightly but they had a nerve to continuing laughing sorry not sorry bum ass employees 🤷🏾‍♀️

Rude and unprofessional.

This place is lying saying they’re open 24/7 I’ve tried going here multiple times late at night in the early am. And not once have they been open, there is no way they stay open past 1am any day because any time I go there past 12, they are closed. You can literally order on the app and everything, it’ll accept the order because for some reason they just lie about their hours, and you won’t be able to get it, because nobody is there. And it’s just more expensive than the other 2 McDonald’s that are within a 5-6 mile radius of it. So if you’re just not too lazy to get off the highway, then just don’t go here.

He is not friendly to the bus driver, and he doesn‘t give food to the driver when there are guests who buy things.
