McDonald's

So basically today what ever ignorant ass workers that’s work to 10pm tonight of may 25,2025. I walk back into the rest stop and I am there because I was on a greyhound bus to Boston and also mind you I was in a rush cause I only had about 10 minutes left. I rush into the rest stop and order chicken strips and a medium fry and we can say that should only take 3 minutes but no it took longer. The reason was because the grubbiest employees that are supposed to do the cooking were too busy talking in Spanish which obviously not many understand so I graciously tell them hey I’m in a rush how much longer to my food. They tell me 3 minutes. Mind you this time I’m running back and forth from the door to see the bus and then he McDonalds in the middle of the food court I noticed not one but three employees snickering and talking about me in Spanish’s instead of there job to make my food knowing I was in a rush. But that fr all and I just don’t take disrespect lightly but they had a nerve to continuing laughing sorry not sorry bum ass employees 🤷🏾‍♀️

Rude and unprofessional.

This place is lying saying they’re open 24/7 I’ve tried going here multiple times late at night in the early am. And not once have they been open, there is no way they stay open past 1am any day because any time I go there past 12, they are closed. You can literally order on the app and everything, it’ll accept the order because for some reason they just lie about their hours, and you won’t be able to get it, because nobody is there. And it’s just more expensive than the other 2 McDonald’s that are within a 5-6 mile radius of it. So if you’re just not too lazy to get off the highway, then just don’t go here.

He is not friendly to the bus driver, and he doesn‘t give food to the driver when there are guests who buy things.

The manager was to rude not professional in front of her coworkers either .she is short blond hair Latina over 40 years I ask for her name to give a complaint but she refuse I ask for the store number she refused, she was acting like a little girl she gave me a bad service conversation I was tryin to be nice to her she had a few problems with other people as well I told her I was given a bad report she said she don’t care sara the coworker gave me a good service was around 8:15 to 8:45 pm she took long to give me service she was moving slow acting like she was busy then she started running dancing acting to ignorant front of her coworkers and she was making bully of me and laughing with her coworkers she is not the write maneger ya should take notice before somebody those not have same passion like me I was nice to her she was trying to say I don’t have money etc to pay cause my card gave me problems she scream my card did not had money so I told her let me try cause I do have money then it did work at the second try and she was been rude rude I am very and my family really disappointed she should be fire or be train better it was oct 22 20224 yesterday night she left people waiting to long in was to mean with people stuff rude rude, I am latino just like her but she those not represent us sorry I hope she learns better

Very expensive just know that

Incorrect location on the app with the place across the street on the interstate. Ordered food and it turned out to be prepared at a different McDonald's across the interstate, horrible, just wasted 7 dollars for nothing

Been here multiple times and it’s not the first time but when you’re hungry and they mess up your order just drive the extra 2 min down the road & go to the better one off saw mill & don’t have you Wait as long for sure.

This was at a rest area/welcome center on I95 in Connecticut. There was ample handicapped parking, although regular parking was limited due to construction. We purchased coffee that was very refreshing and the service was polite and efficient. This shop is in the food court area that has a comfortable eat in area also.
