BEWARE: I ordered take out at Mexico Tipico on their website. Paid a $3.11 service fee to do this. I ordered taquitos which prompted me to add my choice of beans, I chose black. Ordered a side of house salsa for $7.20 and a quesadilla. Order said it would be ready at 7:30. My husband arrives at 7:30 and they “didn’t know there was an order.” He waits for 30 minutes. They hand him the bag and he’s on his way. I open the bag at home and I am missing the beans and the salsa. I call and speak with the manager who is rude AF. Tells me beans don’t come with taquitos. I explain that according to his ordering system, they do. He then tells me they had another to-go order and we must have gotten the wrong order. (No we didn’t bc everything else was right including my husbands customized quesadilla). The manager tells me to hold on and leaves me on hold for 20 minutes. A girl comes on the phone and says “the manager says he’s busy, the driver picked up the wrong food. There’s nothing they can do.” That did not even happen and they HANDED my husband the food, first of all. Then after an hour of being on hold (I’m stubborn) they hung up on me. I called back and The manager won’t come to the phone. He put me on hold and now is refusing to deal with me. This is unacceptable. I paid $57 and got a part of my food.
The quality of the food has really dropped. I ordered shrimp fajitas and they tasted like nothing. The guacamole served with the meal was brownish and even the refried beans were a bit tasteless. It is also disappointing that they no longer provide a basket of chips and personal carafes of salsa, customers now have to help themselves and the salsa cups are now about the size of two tablespoons. The prices are high and it's just not worth it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would give it to them, my bad experience here starts with my horchata water, it had a mosquito in it. After complaining to the waiter he changed my water to a hibiscus water and it also had a mosquito in it. Probably a dirty restaurant.

order a torta tapatia over grubhub came without meat when I called they told me to come and bring the food back very bad service!
This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. Came in for lunch and asked for a ACP without a couple of items it come with and they would not accommodate in any fashion which tells me they must pre-make lunch items. Didn't even offer another route to go. It was high noon and.not.a single diner except my wife and I and there is obviously a good reason for that. Highly recommend you find another option. They also.nade me pay for 2 drinks I didn't even drink.

Nice, very native place. Very good attention. Really, 2 people can eat just one plate because they are really big in their content.

The food was okay, but the service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The waiters were not great, but the kitchen staff were unbelievably rude. They refused to make any menu changes to accommodate allergies, except reluctantly removing the cream. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The music is horrible, coming from Mexican clients. So loud and disturbing. Really a bad experience.

I always drove by on my way to work, the place looks really nice so I took my family for dinner. I was very disappointed with the service. It’s not like it was crowded there were three tables occupied and the server forgot about us we waited over 30 minutes for service and he never showed up, so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Bad experience so not recommend.

I had the worst experience in this restaurant, I don't know what's going on with the terrible service they offer since I had been there about twice and it was OK, but the worst disappointment was that about a week ago I had relatives who came from both different places. from the country as well as from another country and I wanted to surprise them by taking them to eat here, the food was horrible, the service horrible, and apart from the sky-high prices, for a meal that we couldn't even finish, 3 adults and 3 children and the children's food It was shared and the bill made us almost 400 dollars, a horrible drink that looked like lemon juice according to them "Margarita" and flies around us wanting to land on the food, if that was where the customers were I don't want to imagine the kitchen , but that's not all, in the end we ordered dessert and when they brought us the dessert it was moldy because it was damaged, we wanted to die and they wanted to change us for another but who is going to want to eat another piece after coming across something like that, tremendous Disappointing, I was honestly so embarrassed in front of my family and with such a high bill. However, the next day the same number of people went to Olive Garden and the bill came to less than 130 dollars, which is not comparable, but that restaurant is renowned, quality and service. Just the difference in price and service left my mouth open, but unfortunately this was my last time and I highly recommend it.

Left without being served because the waitress wouldn’t allow my wife to drink her own water. She carries her water bottle because she measures how much she drinks. Then, when we asked to speak to a manager, the conversation between the waitress and the hostess was all in

The food was just OK, but it was pretty pricey for what it was. It was around $20.00 for 1 enchilada and a chili relleno and that was one of the least expensive items on the menu. The service was pretty good though.
There are better options out there, so keep looking.
On a positive note: the bathrooms were nice for when I had my inevitable Mexican Blowout.
