So bummed out that you changed your menu and removed the shrimp or crab enchiladas with mushroom sauce. It was the reason we dined there. You were the only Mexican restaurant that had mushroom sauce. Bartender had recommended it to me awhile ago, and now I crave it. I called tonight and was told even the vegetable enchiladas still listed on your menu with mushroom sauce can’t be made anymore.
