We had Pop’s cater our 2 year old’s brunch birthday party and we were blown away. The food was delicious and everything was packed up to keep for the drive home. For example, the tray of chicken tenders has small slits in the plastic and aluminum cover to maintain their crunchy breading but still keep in the heat. The food was delicious and my family had many great comments to make about the egg and cheese sandwiches, French toast, sausage and bacon too. I will definitely be ordering catering from Pop’s again! Thank you!

Staff was nice, And service was good. Everything was fine until a roach crawled across the table while we were about to eat.

We went to the Milford Diner on Sat 10-16 for my son's birthday. I was hesitant because we've had a bad experience here before with the owner. He wouldn't seat us in the booth by the restroom (medical reasons) which was actually empty, because he was short on help and wanted to make things easier for the waitresses on duty. I challenged him on customers not being very important to him, and that he wouldn't need any help without any customers. He got very angry and told us to sit where we were told, OR we could leave if we didn't like it. So we left. So he was willing to lose customers because he wanted to make it more convenient for his help. I don't know if he's still the owner but we gave it another try. We were met at the door with a smile and a very pleasant waitress, named "John". She very quickly cleaned a booth and seated us immediately, with menus. Within 2 to 3 minutes, she took our drink order and then returned for our food order, which was served promptly, AND WITH A SMILE!!! What stood out for me was "John's" attitude! She was happy, very upbeat, and really seemed pleased to be working. Since Covid 19 arrived, so did apathy and disgruntled-ness, like they're doing us a big favor. I actually had a waitress tell me she was doing us a big favor by serving us. So "John" was really a breath of fresh air. She was wearing a mask, and apologized for my open napkin setting but assured me that only she touched it. She WAS wearing a mask but you could see her smiling eyes. She was personable, (she has 4 children! ) and conversed with us like we were people too. Yes, she was very busy - I think she was alone - but she didn't take it out on us. I can't convey well enough how "John" made that return experience very pleasant - almost like she knew we'd had a bad time before - and when she rang us out - she was wearing many hats that day, she asked how everything was and then wished my son a happy birthday. We WILL be back and simply because we were lucky enough to meet "John" that day. I'd like to know why a young woman is called "John".

Quiet little diner but has a hell of a large menu. Service was decent and food was diner food. Good, but nothing to call home about.
