Amazing hidden gem in CT. Stumbled upon here after trying to get a spot at kpot and this place was much, much better. The AYCE includes a wide variety of veggies, meats, proteins, and noodles, as well as ice cream for dessert at the end. All of the ingredients were super fresh, plated and prepped (such as the crab) beautifully, and the broths were rich and delicious. Service was initially a bit slow, but everyone was friendly and you mainly order everything through a tablet. Interior was also beautiful, quiet, and fancy - would much recommend here as the hot pot option one can find in CT.

Great first time experience, the only problem is that our server was not understanding what we were asking of him. But he was polite and kept it professional.

We drove 50 minutes in hopes of real dim sum on Sunday, something we sorely miss in upper Connecticut. They were excellent. There’s not the old style cart circulating the room but rather an iPad for touch ordering - but the dumplings, noodles, greens and overall selection was great. Will definitely be back for another Sunday lunch!

Beautiful, delicious food, excellent options, right price. Service was a little spotty.

This is close by where I live and great when I'm craving dim sum instead of driving far to Uncasville for the best dim sum in CT! The servers are mostly friendly for the most part but attentiveness was not consistent. The kitchen is always having trouble when you ordered 2 of the same items. They get confused and only serve one and the other takes forever to come out. So knowing this was an issue, this time we ordered one first and let them served first then we ordered another. Still the same confusion! Never came out until we have to ask the server to check and she came back letting us know it will be a few more mins. I think they thought they have served and got confused. They didn't make it until the server checked on them. Took forever! Also when checking out, we requested from the iPad for the server. No one came! There's something wrong with their system. I also felt that when the server sat you the rest of the servers will not come to your table to check on you? As if they are not responsible for any other tables except the one they sat. Since no one came to check us out to pay, a server passed by and we said we need to check out and he said he will be back and went on to serve the table he sat down but he never come back to us? It can be frustrating waiting and waiting when you are done and ready to go! I will only come here when I'm seriously craving dim sum.

I've been here twice now and was satisfied both times! I've tried both the hot pot and dim sum on different days. The food was delicious! The prices are a little on the higher side but for a special occasion it's worth it. The restaurant is BYOB and there's a liquor store next door that sells a variety of Japanese sake. It's also located in the same plaza as a huge Asian market so you can head over after to look around!

Didn't know what to expect walking in, but had an amazing dining experience. We were visiting my son at college and wanted to get dim-sum for a light dinner. We had 5 in the party and everyone ordered a different dim-sum. Each one of the five were truly great. However, what was unique to us was the hot pot. I have never seen this at a Chinese restaurant, so had no idea what to do. Staff was friendly and walked us through the entire process, and recommended some items to order. Basically it is like a huge fondue for meats and vegetables. It was so different and so much fun. The booths are huge and comfortable, easily seating 5 adults. The decor is bright and nicely decorated. I'm not sure how authentic it is or not, but every other booth was speaking Chinese, so I took that as a good sign. We also felt very welcomed by the numerous staff. I'm definitely coming back when visiting my son in college.

Liked the decor and the service. Don't like that you order everything on a used Ipad that did not look cleaned down at all. We ordered a lot.. Probably the best item were the soup dumplings. The sticky rice in the leaves -- oh my - inedible-- tasted of bad fish / sausage or something? Overall, it was hit or miss with items and I'm too picky after having dim sum in Hong Kong- but I'd rate it a fun new place to try!

This hotpot restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The staff was super attentive and made us feel like valued guests throughout the meal. The food was fresh and there were plenty of options to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended for any big groups in search of an interactive dining experience.

The hot pot (all you can eat option) was very tasty - we had the split non-spicy and spicy stocks. All the meat was extremely fresh and the enoki mushrooms were amazing! I recommend trying all the different tofus as well. Service was fast and our server was extremely nice and attentive!! One of the best hot pot places I've been to near New Haven!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic hotpot restaurant, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff. The service was impeccable throughout the entire meal, with attentive servers always ready to assist with any request. The workers went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. The hotpot itself was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal with friends or family. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch hotpot and outstanding service.

What a great hidden gem in Milford! The staff and owner were all wonderful. The atmosphere is so chic and each table gets their own booth of privacy. You can choose hot pot or dim sum. My group got hot pot and it was so easy! We put all the orders in with an iPad and all the food came out quickly. The restaurant is clean and the food was fresh. I will for sure be coming back with my friends soon!
