I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I called in an order for a chicken burrito, and when asked if I wanted rice and beans, I said yes—assuming, like most places, that those are standard in a burrito. Online, the price was listed at $11.50, but when I arrived, the total was $15.60. I was told rice and beans were extra, though this was never mentioned on the call or made clear online.
To make matters worse, the burrito contained avocado and green onions—neither of which were disclosed and both of which I’m allergic to. I didn’t discover this until I had already arrived at work. When I called the restaurant to explain and request a refund, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. She talked over me, demanded that I return the food to receive any kind of resolution, and made no effort to apologize or help.
As someone who works for a large company that regularly orders catering, I was shocked by the lack of customer service and basic courtesy. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and without a meal I could actually eat. I won’t be returning—and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Love these guys so much family ran business. Best tacos I ever had burritos are the best chimichangas are the best if you want Mexican food and you want to be good go to ponchos.
My go too take out / delivery spot !!! I’ve tried everything from the mozzarella sticks to the nachos to the bacon cheeseburger to the tacos to the chicken Parm to the meatball subs even the flan. I love it all.!!!!
