The worst panda express i ever had. No taste and the chicken had more fat on it than meat. Chicken teriyaki was awful. Rice was bland. The best panda express is in universal studios orlando. Not coming here again.

Customer service is really bad here. Stay away! Employees don’t listen to customer and always messing up on orders that even my 5 year old nephew can put together. Simple stuff like putting utensils in bag, giving the correct sauce customer asked for, and giving the correct soda too. Things that you don’t need a college degree to complete. It’s very sad. Save yourself the trouble and just grab food from other establishments in the travel plaza. Stay away from this Panda Express.

The food is as usual at Panda Express, but I don’t like that there’s a sign not accepting cash (Unfair Trade Practices) - some people need that. More than that - they work the line too slow, they ask questions and don’t listen to the answers, the older lady was chewing the head off of the new employee in front of us - even though the customer before me was causing the problem changing her mind last minute and not explaining properly - you don’t humiliate your new employee, especially in front of people. Team work was trash, and sticking my egg roll inside the box for a takeaway is an amateur move - when I took it out it was soggy 🤦♀️ To add salt to injury - this branch is not accepting rewards program. Clowns.
