Great bread. The special steak and cheese was tasty. The grilled cheese lacked flavor and used artificial cheese. No service, after paying you move to a different counter to pick up your order

The slowest drive through. They don’t tell the other cars to pull up so I always have to wait over 10 minutes for my sip club drink.

The worker who answered the phone when I’m trying to update my delivery order because the app doesn’t give me the option to put in the correct address didn’t let me speak. Shes kept cutting me off. She’s chewing gum while she’s talking to me smacking the gum in my ear. It’s unprofessional.

Went to obtain a bakery good tonight and upon entering the cashier was cleaning the glass. She took off her glove and disposed of it. After she rang me out, I ask if she can wash her hands, she told me she had a glove on. Told her in healthcare after we take off gloves, then we have to wash our hands. When I received my baked good, the energy on it was so heavy that I threw it in the trash. Please re-educate on the importance of hand washing or hand hygiene.

After going through the drive thru here probably 20+ times with our kids, I am fed up with their order accuracy.

They get something wrong with the order almost every single time.

I have told the cashier, person who comes to the car, and even called them, on numerous occasions, and they continue to get the orders wrong.

This last time just annoyed me too much. I confirmed over the speaker 2 times we wanted apples as all our sides. Then confirmed it with the cashier at the window. No apples.

It's not the end of the world, but it happens FAR too often.

Fix your broken process.

Only had coffee. If you are a coffee drinker or like tea and lemonade and other fruit drinks, Panera is the place. They have a program that cost roughly 15 dollars per month, and what you get is unlimited coffee tea and fountain drinks every 2 hours for the whole month. A large coffee is roughly $3-3.50 per cup, do the math if you buy 4 cups you would be paying about the same as if you had the subscription to the monthly deal Panera offers.
