When you order through a delivery service they often leave items out of your order, even though they check it off on the printed receipt that goes with your delivery.

Natalia one of the general mangers gets five stars for being so sweet due to a delivery order that was messed up she refunded me and gave me a whole new order for free . With that being said I went today to get my free order not sure who the other general manager she has black hair female very rude from the start working 1/30/2024 shift 2:49 pm . The replacement order of my chicken sandwich had no chicken in it she didn’t even apologize blamed me saying I order it without chicken my other order I placed separate same thing no chicken both receipts state chicken in my sandwiches she was not carrying nor apologized for the mistake they made. She blamed me told me I had to check my sandwich , you got to be kidding me !!! She didn’t bother to fix my sandwiches or to refund me for the inconvenience, people like this should find another job since they hate their job and customers so much ! Due to this they lost me as a customer and I won’t be returning to this Panera because of this manager . Natalia I thank you and hope you can replace your other manager so you won’t loose more customers in the future .

I always like the food at Panera but am giving the Milford location low stars for Service and Atmosphere because on our last couple of visits (Saturday afternoon / evening) it has not been clean. Although not crowded, it has been hard to find a table that doesn't have food or drink on the table that needs to be wiped, or has food under the table or even on chairs. Customers are pretty good at busing their tables but they still need to be wiped for cleanliness and the floor etc vacuum cleaned.

Incredibly slow, make sure you have time to spare if using the drive-thru. I usually get a toasted bagel & coffee, takes on average 12-15 min.

When I got home and took out my food, my side bread looks like it had some extra pieces of bread removed before being given. The piece was stale as well. Not going back to this one.A much less severe infraction was the inaccurate inventory when ordering online. It happens but it sucks.
