Ordered a few things this evening while being on the road, first time eating here but man! What a place, the pizza was wonderul, fresh yet crisp but not hard, the garlic knots soft and flavorful especially with thr dip! And the wings had a nice flavor to them! If im ever back this way again will definitely order again.

We have been enjoying Pasquale’s for the past year. The kids, especially, like the pizza. We stop by frequently for a slice (my son loves that he can ride his bike there) and sometimes get lucky that there is an interesting pie to try from (once stumbled into a Sicilian slice with vodka sauce) but the standard slices hit the spot just right too. We have also enjoyed the chicken vodka parm. They are always friendly and we are happy they are in the neighborhood.

I ordered the chicken carbonara that is supposed to have grilled chicken, peas, onions, garlic and bacon in it. All I received was pasta with chicken in a cheese sauce that was insanely bland.

I ordered Carbonara and it was horrible and the chicken breast in it was either frost bitten or expired. I couldn't help but let the new owner know (sold to him 2 months ago) so it isn't served to others. He didn't offer to remake the dish or take it off the bill. I wouldn't go there again.

Thank you for your response. I understand that running a restaurant can be challenging, especially under new ownership, and my intention was to provide constructive feedback to help improve the dining experience for future customers.
However, I was surprised to read your reply suggesting that I enjoyed my meal, as this does not align with the experience I had.
I believe that honest and transparent communication is vital for improvement. When I visited on Feb. 15, 2025 I found the Carbonara to be below the standards I was accustomed to under the previous owner, and my concerns were not addressed at the time.
I hope you understand that my feedback was meant to help, not to harm. I look forward to seeing improvements and wish you success in your future endeavors.
I went in expecting great pizza but I was blown away by how fresh and delicious the salads were. Everything was so crisp and flavorful, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. 10/10 would recommend

Really enjoyed my food. I tried a couple of different items to sample at home. Spinach stuffed bread(great portion approx 3 x12 inch) penne alla vodka( large aluminum container filled) with a perfect portion of a side salad & pasta fagiole( large plastic upright container). A suggestion is to add Eggplant to the stuffed bread options. Staff was friendly & knowledgable. Interior was neat & clean. I’m a sauce snob & I thought it was perfect for the stuffed bread.
