DO NOT PAY FOR RESERVED PARKING HERE!!! Would give a negative star if I could. We bought a reserved space hours before getting here knowing there would be no free ones. We get here and an employee is SUPPOSED to have other trucks that have not paid move from reserved spaces if there is none available for us that did pay. Man with long dreads comes out and only knocks on 3 doors which didn't have tickets and did not make them move, instead had us park in a free space where he took a spot from which a driver was leaving which was not reserved which we paid for. They don't mind taking money for parking and not giving you the spaces which are reserved spots.

Stopped by to get diesel as we went in the store super clean it smelled so nice the restroom’s super clean! We’ve been all over and I can say this is one of the best PILOT we’ve been too thats super clean and the employees are really help full! And just wanna say keep up the good good job you guys are doing in that store!

We were heading back to Virginia from a convention in Hartford Connecticut This was our main gas up get food get snacks and gopee stop It was recommended by a coworker and boy did it impress us! They are a full service truck stop also so they offer showers regular gas and diesel and plenty of clean bathrooms There is a Wendy's attached and they even offer some hot food choices in the convenience store section I found good coffee here and some snacks I'd never seen before They also have your basic car supplies and even a good selection of souvenirs Definitely a good safe stop for your next trip

A take out cup of "second coffee" for the road was needed this morning and the coffee lasted me to Greenwich. The parking lot was clean and the store itself was clean. Lots of options for creamers and sweeteners, the coffee area was clean and stocked properly. The "ground and brewed to order" system here is pretty darned awesome. Pilot Travel is a go-to stop while going on long road trips. Gas is typically cheaper at this station compared to most gas stations in the state. The convenience store is bright, well stocked, organized, and clean.

I got something behind the counter and it was wrong I realized at the truck came back and they didn’t let me return it / exchange when it’s not what I requested multiple times I’m beyond pissed ! I always have some sort of altercation here with the crappy staff if y’all this scared about this cd19 crap stay home idiots

To deny a driver the ability to wash their clothes during a pandemic because YOU don't have the staff to clean and sanitize, something you should be doing year round, is despicable!

I tried to let my soul be my pilot because Sting told me to, but I ended up letting this truck stop be my Pilot. Go figure. This is a pretty handy Pilot in an area with not that many big truck stops. It's directly right off the highway (southbound I-95) and well located on my way to New York City. The night before my big date with the lawyer to achieve my citizenship, I was able to stop here and get some nice rest, luckily without oversleeping because moron over here (me) forgot to set the alarm. I'll definitely be back in the future even though gas isn't always the cheapest here.

This place is super great for gas. And a quick grab and go. The remodel is super nice looking. The staff is super friendly. You can get almost anything a traveler need for the car here. What's missing? They used to have Cinnabon as a featured product, I learned the hard way one morning after i promised my staff Cinnabon,sadly it's gone. The new buffet is a way cool idea. The offerings are shamefully gross as compared to the posters on the out side of the building.

If you are in the Milford area this is the place to fill your tank. The price is usually the cheapest in the area. They have a convenience store as well where you can buy ll kinds of snacks and candy. If you are a weary traveler they have some food items one can purchase and also get a restroom break as well. If you happen to need any auto items you can also pick them up here.
