I had very high expectations for this place since it was highly recommended and talked about. It was my first and unfortunately last time attending this establishment. For starters, the service was by far a terrible experience, for an empty night it took almost 15 minutes before our waitress finally came over. The glass our drinks came in weren’t clean as there was black and brown residue all over it. Finally, we got our meals and half way in, I noticed something on the bottom of my bun. When I looked closely I was taken back by what I saw, a bun full of mold. Instantly, felt sick to my stomach as well did my girlfriend who has been feeling very ill ever since. When we addressed these concerns to our waitress, she brought over the manager who was apologizing but giggling at the same time. I found nothing about this situation funny and don’t understand how this was humorous. To those reading I would highly recommend staying far far away from this place unless you like bad service and burgers with mold.

idk if its just my luck but I had to get a plan c cus that burger tasted raw😭
Takeout order was accurate and packed neatly. Perfect tater tots, crispy fries, excellent Italian grilled chicken sandwich, burger, and kids meal. Loved that I could get greens instead of fries without upcharge. Highly recommend.

The food would have been higher except for the fact that the warm cookie was in the dessert was hard as a rock. I needed a knife to cut it

Fried chicken sandwiches we got were beyond dry we practically gagged. Buns were stale, shameful serving stuff like this. We won’t be back. Reminded me of the turkey at the Griswold family Christmas dinner. Awful. How to you serve that out of the kitchen and not realize it? Come on.
12/4/25: just to respond to the restaurants question, no, we didn’t want to make a scene and ask for a manager. However, where was the manager? You would think they would be coming around to check on guests and their meals, especially with only 3-4 families in the entire restaurant. Sadly, our waiter didn’t realize either how bad the meal looked either, it was obvious how dry and horrible it was just at first glance. We won’t be back.
I’m incredibly confused about how a restaurant manager could expect servers—who aren’t even trained bar staff—to stand behind the bar and make drinks for their tables by reading recipes out of a book. Our espresso martini and margarita had to be made that way, and the margarita ended up tasting terrible. I have no idea how anyone thought that was a good idea. Really should have thought that one through….

Food was cold, not a good, fun vibe at all. This place should be packed in this mall which is mobbed with people. Our spinach dip was cold in the center and didn’t come back really much better, and the tortilla chips tasted borderline stale. Fries were not fresh and mini cheeseburgers were lackluster and missing cheese.Service not great at all. Seem short staffed. Couldn’t wait to leave.

On Oct 8th I was in the area with my buddy for a concert nearby that we traveled almost 4 hours for and we decided to try this place out since it was on the way to the venue.
The exterior and appearance of the restaurant looked clean and neat. As we walked in the door we noticed Whiskey, Burbon, and Rye Specials on the screens noted with the states they are from (Bonus points for having some Vermont brands listed). We were greeted and seated by our waitress (i apologize i forgot her name) and she was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive to her tables, and friendly as well. Once the food arrived i was even more impressed. i got the 3 mini cheeseburgers and fries with a soda which came to about 20 bucks. Heres the thing, normally i would dread paying that much for a meal especially if its from Applebees, Chilis, etc where the chef is basically a microwave.
however, from what i could tell these burgers seem like handmade fresh beef patties and they were flavorful as well. the buns were perfect and fresh as well. I was not able to finish my meal due to having a late lunch earlier in the day which saddened me because of how good my meal at Plan B was.
I know theres a very slim chance of it happening but i would definately be in favor of a Vermont Location if you were to ever expand.
5 stars, absolutely no complaints

Everything was cold and nasty and the burgers taste like dining hall food. The seats are tight and so that’s unaccomadating to people who are big or feel uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn’t make this Plan B, this would be Plan Z.

I tried to place an order to pick up over the phone for your Milford, CT location. I tried calling for about 20 minutes, I called 11 times.
I wanted to place an order to pick up on my way home for dinner. Every time I called the phone just rang and rang until it went to some phone retrieval system message.
I left the place I was planning to wait until it was time to pick up my order because I could not get through. My whole way heading to the restaurant I kept calling. When I finally did reach somebody I was told that the hostess had gone on break and that’s why no one was answering the phone. I let them know that I was a little annoyed and I needed to know how long it was going to take to cook my order to help me decide if I was still going to be placing it. I was ordering three things so I had asked how long the chicken wings were, these were obviously the longest cooking time. I was told they take seven minutes.
I ordered chicken wings, nachos, and fried pickles. Once I placed my order, the person on the phone said the order is already in and it’ll be ready very shortly.
When I arrived for pick up, it was not yet ready and I assumed it would be a minute or two. when I told the person at the hostess station when I got there, what happened her answer was they’ve been having trouble with the phone system. I explained that I was already told the hostess was on break, so then she said yeah that too.
I got a half hearted apology and truly no empathy for the fact that I was frustrated trying to place my order.
It took 22 minutes to get my order so obviously it did not cook in seven.
The items I ordered were for myself, I was going to also be ordering food for my husband who was so annoyed that no one was answering the phone. He decided to place an order elsewhere.
Had I not needed gluten-free food I would have joined him going to a different establishment for dinner.
It’s bad enough that I had to endlessly to try and get through to somebody but then I got no empathy whatsoever over how frustrated I was.
I’m going to think twice about ordering out food there and may have to search out someplace else they may be able to accommodate me.
I have been coming to Plan B for years, very disappointed.
