Holy Gluten free options! Happened to stop by here on a road trip with my daughter. Both of us have celiac disease. The find me.gluten free app led us here and we were not disappointed. The fish and chips were delicious! They have a dedicated fryer. Definitely would stop again when in CT!!Dietary restrictions: Had a lot of GF options! Dedicated fryer?

I was there in 2/29. The waiter took more than ten minutes to greet us. Very unattentive. I had a burger un the grass. The lettuce was bigger than the plate and every time I try to take a bite of my burger, the toppings and the lettuce kept falling on to the table because the food was too large for the dish. They said they gave us some fancy fries but they were nothing more than regular old shoe string McDonald's fries. My server was probably one of the most unattentive servers I've ever encountered

Haven't been in a while, sat at the bar 745p on a Monday... bartender was doing as good as she good. She had the entire lounge area and bar... so about 18 ppl at lounge tables maybe and 6 of us at the bar. The restaurant seemed slow otherwise. Why not have the hostess, greet her tables and get them water? Servers and bartenders tip hostess right? Or have the hostess or manager help just to start or finish tables. Send the busser in to help clear the tables. She would be able to better serve her guests if small help was given to her thus upselling and making herself and the establishment more money. Not to mention better service. The best restaurants and bars are the ones who treat the last hour of service the same as the rest. Otherwise my buffalo shrimp were very tasty. I did wait to be given water and my order but I wasn't upset with her given the situation.

Super disappointed drive from Hamden to Milford to enjoy the blue chips! Which I love, unfortunately my order was missing the bacon. Now for some that might not be an issue but that was part of the delight. Well 2 orders 26 bucks and no bacon. Get all the way home and call and am told sorry I’ll see what I can do. After 5 min on hold I’m offered $1 refund or $5 card if I come back in and told this with an attitude. Sorry I wanted what I paid for. What happened to customer service even an apology- nope and to put the cherry on I get an email saying I’m being refunded .1 cent smh! Disappointed to say the least - I won’t be back obviously they don’t care about keeping customers.

The parking was great. The parking was very big and open. When my family and I walked in, there was a 15-20 minutes. We got around the 5 minute mark. The waiter we had was very nice. I ordered the buffalo wings and the the insane level of heat. Me personally I did not think they were that spicy, still spice but not as much as I planned for.i would say they took 15-20 minutes to come out. I ordered the penne vodka. While I was waiting there were a disruptive family playing songs very loud. My family got their food before I did. When I got it, it was very creamy and soft. Highly recommend this restaurant!
