My daughters love pretzels as the other pretzel store close we decided to get them from this store when get there we said hi and the attendant ignore us completely she didn't even make eye contact with us, she looked annoyed and angry after few minute we leave as she didn't even approach to us to take our order. Very dissapointed...terrible customer service

Friday August 23 2024 at 4:25PM my wife and I decide to have some warm pretzel only to be greeted very rude and disrespected by the young hispanic lady at the counter not a smile not a hello we tried to smile with her and she seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order my wife nicely asked if the pretzels were freshly made she replied with an angry look after looking at her watch an hour ago so I tgen asked her if the owner was around and she simply said no why? I replied I would like to put a complain about how we have been treated here today and we sadly walked away went upstairs to wetzel
Pretzel who greeted us with friendly smiles and we spent a total of $26.98 plus Ingave the girl a $3 tip and told them they made our day and if we ever want pretzels again we found the place. I really hope the owner of this location has cameras were he can see and observe that he needs to have friendly people at his location because I know he is loosing mo ey with the two ladys there now

I purchased pretzel bites with cheese sauce. I accidentally dropped the sauce right in front of the lady. They told me I couldn't get another one because they gave me one and wanted me to pay for another one and didn't want to give me the $1.00 back either. It's not the money what happened to courtesy.

I actually stopped by for their mini dogs, but they had run out. But the lady who helped me was so nice and sweet! I ended up buying some cinnamon bites. They were warm and fluffy.

Rude workers! Oh and be careful if you're not paying attention they will purposely over charge you hoping you won't say anything.

I had before on different locations and was great but the one on Milford mall is terrible. The woman that works there is beyond words rude. She refuse to change a smoothie flavor order and then I ask for the regular flavor and she said no no and turn around. I didn't say anything because I was with my son but I'm never going back there.
