If I could give this place zero stars I would. Burgers and chicken always dried out, old fryer oil used, always forgets sauces, most times forgets purchased items as well. Never get what you asked for. Complete garbage, do not recommend.

waited 20 minutes in line just to get 3 drinks- one made completely wrong, and ordered a pretzel that i didn’t even get. the worker also hung UP ON US in the drive thru lane because he thought our name was janice when we clearly said TRAVIS!!!! i can’t believe this i’ve never had a worse experience here. i wanted my pretzel and also my drink made correctly had the wrong lid and the drink made wrong literally has no ice and isn’t caffeinated or carbonated.

Waiting a long time to even get help. Then everyone that works here seems to not know anything. Needed 3 different people come out to help me with an order they had already given out to begin with. Saw them rejecting people from eating in too. Seems like a very lazy place that doesn't want to work or actually have a clientele. Save your money

Brought my granddaughter here and was so disappointed. Went to the outside pull-up, pressed the call button, and waited 10 minutes before anyone answered. Then after being notified my order was on its way out I waited another 20 minutes and nothing. Called the store and the lady was rude, and said the food would be right out. 10 minutes more still nothing. Call again and the food was out in 5 minutes. The fries were cold and overcooked. The sandwiches were hot like just been made but the shakes were melted. Will never go there again.
