Slowest service ever. I ordered ahead and it still took forever. You can’t even go instead to just pick it up since they were taking forever. Not worth it at all.

I ordered from the drive thru lastnight, thinking it was going to be a great experience and I was horribly let down. The employee Jeff asked me to fill out the survey in the window. I filled it out while waiting, thinking I was going to get top notch service and quality prepared food.
My chili on the chili dog was warm but the hot dog was cold. My onion rings were soggy, couldn’t even pick them up out of the bag. My burger had black specs on the bun, the bun was stale and it was visibly poorly prepared. The only thing I ate was my cinnamon bites after paying $25 for an entire meal. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL NEVER GO BACK.

First time we ordered through the app we waited for 30 minutes for someone to bring out our food. While shopping in Milford last week, we decided to order ahead through their app again. Wrong decision. We text the number when we got there. The drive thru was going faster than us getting our food. We waited for 20 minutes for our food....and the employee gave us the wrong drinks. Since he couldn't take the drinks back, we had no other choice but to take while someone else had our drinks. I understand if you're short staffed but at the same time before giving food/drinks to someone.... wouldn't you double check to make sure everything is correct?

Management really sucks. The fact that this location has to now close their dining room indefinitely says it all smh. Used to be awesome to come here in the early 2010s but now you’ll be waiting in upwards of 30+ minutes for your food.

The worst sonic ever. Came here in the evening after placing an order online for delivery to a stall. Waited for about 15 minutes at the stall and the screen informed me that a server (I won’t mention the name) would be delivering the order soon. I waited 15 more minutes because I did not want to seem rude and rush the staff. I eventually pushed the button to check on the status of my order only to be informed that they were not delivery to the stalls for the remainder of the night. I wasted 30 minutes plus about 10 in the drive through because no one turned off the stalls or notified the customers waiting there (we were not the only ones) that we would have to go through the drive through instead.

Love the food, but the service and atmosphere are terrible. I have complained in the past and the managers seem great, but then when I return, it's the same thing. Excessive waiting and poor customer service.
