I am a faithful Starbucks Customer. I came in to order an Ice Mocha Latte. Lately the milk had been bothering my stomach. I asked Sam can I tried the Oat and Almond Milk to see which would compliment my drink. She gave me a small sample and I was able to order my drink with no stomach distress. Big Thank you to Sam and her friendly Co-Worker Autum who were both pleasant and very professional.

They treated me horrible I waited a long time for my drink cause tj and some other target employees were talking about betting
TJ then started getting a drink ready for the manager I assume and I still had no drink

After I got my drink
And asked for it to be remade cause it wasn’t made the right way
Tj tried to explain that they have no blonde espresso
To which at that point I was just so I’m frustrated for the lack of communication and lack of consideration of my time.
It was my day off and I was visiting from out of town and this was the worst way to be greeted at a target Starbucks

After I requested a refund which the manager and tj were very excited to give me instead of remaking or no arguing back with me

Instead they gave me my refund and TJ continued to talk back to me as if I was his friend and not a customer he has never met.

It was just a poor way to represent your company
Everyone was hanging out no one was on their game and that’s resulted in a poorly made drink, lack of communication and emloyees and security arguing and escalating an already horrible experience

I usually always go to this Starbucks when I am at the mall and the experience at this Starbucks is usually good. But yesterday Sunday I went to get a drink for me and my mom and we were not satisfied with our order. The guy who took our order had a attitude and did not make my order right. He forgot that I ordered 2 drinks and only gave me my moms at first and then had a attitude when making my drink after I told him nicely he forgot my drink. Took forever to make the drinks when he had customers waiting in line to order. Had a attitude when I asked him if he could fix my order. Very unprofessional. Hire better baristas please.

Rude employees, stood in line for about 5 mins without being acknowledged. Decided to leave and go to another Starbucks as I was about to leave a white couple walked up and both employees greeted them warmly immediately.

There are maybe two employees who have been pleasant to engage with. Lines on weekend can be long with only one person on staff. Target starbucks are franchised via Target therefore this is a reflection of Target and its Management teams inability or disinterest. Generally an uncomfortable experience.

Came here on a Sunday and there was a long line, took forever to get my drink, and multiple people left the line. Only one person working - I felt so bad for this girl. Starbucks - get it together and staff appropriately. It’s the weekend. What the heck?
