I am a faithful Starbucks Customer. I came in to order an Ice Mocha Latte. Lately the milk had been bothering my stomach. I asked Sam can I tried the Oat and Almond Milk to see which would compliment my drink. She gave me a small sample and I was able to order my drink with no stomach distress. Big Thank you to Sam and her friendly Co-Worker Autum who were both pleasant and very professional.
Came here on a Sunday and there was a long line, took forever to get my drink, and multiple people left the line. Only one person working - I felt so bad for this girl. Starbucks - get it together and staff appropriately. It’s the weekend. What the heck?
Chadwick/Chad always has great customer service and as soon as he sees me he has my drink ready he’s is the best employee!! As well as a few others I love coming here before going to work best coffee!!
